To the concerned representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
This missive bears to you the message of the Rt. Honorable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Pierre Raffarin. Following a review of governmental policies and with the express desire of our current President, André Masséna, we are delighted to express our desire to further diplomatic relations between our nations and in so doing open a diplomatic embassy within your nation with the aim of enhancing bilateral ties and representing Rosettian interests.
The relevant paperwork, necessary for the establishment of The Rosettan Embassy, has been completed by the Ministry of Foreign Relations and can be found attached to this missive. Should this application or any of the components of the application pose a problem or give rise to concerns, please inform my ministry as your earliest for the concern to be ratified.
Furthermore following a request from Heleventia who have delegated Ambassadorial duties to your nation, we wish to establish a Heleventian office within our embassy.
We would further invite your government, to consider the possibility of establishing and maintaining an ambassadorial presence with Rosetta. An application can be located here.
We look forward to enhancing and developing bilateral relations between our nations over the coming years.
