Well, you see, there's a rebel group in the GWO called the Liberty Confederation. It's been well documented by neutral sources that they intentionally kill civilians who are well off- the group itself has admitted to killing "Corrupt pigs who oppress the proletariat."

Their parents were members of this organization and are scheduled to be executed, after we show them footage of their children being reformed. Their children, indoctrinated with murderous intentions, must be taught to behave like civilized people.
