Have you tried aversion therapy, and using 'happy drugs' to reward positive behaviour?

Humans are no different to rats when it comes to training them. You can make them do anything with aversion therapy. I once read in a scientific paper that a scientist had made a man vomit upon hearing the word 'paper'...he vomited to death at work in his office.

Ah, psychoactive drugs. The best thing since lobotomies! Unfortunately, it's against the law for our mental asylum doctors to cause physical harm, so aversion therapy, electroshocks, and positive/negative re-enforcement techniques are strictly forbidden.

The best thing to do to most mental paitients, according to the State Hospital Service, is to be kind, gentle, and liberal in administrating drugs to keep them nice, quiet, and calm.
