The Technocratic Militocracy consists solely of Rethast. I'd love to get a picture, but alas nothing does justice to my picture of them.

Picture a human. Then make them horrificly pale and sickly looking. Their veins are visible across much of their body. Eyes are clouded over (like a blind person in a movie would be). Teeth are much the same, but the tongue is thinner and more pointed. There are also eight canines instead of four. Almost all Rethast are thin. Their hair is the strangest part. They are bald all over except for the head where the hair is actually a set of needle sharp spines as opposed to hair.

I really need to try and get a picture of them.

The Grittonian Banking Authority has three main races.

1. Ghat - A race from the Ghat system, they are atleast 2 meters long, have a green skin and mostly have blue hair. The elite Ghats let their hair dyed red.
2. Grrtary's - A mix of the Ghat race and the Humans. They mostly live in the Grrtary sector and they all have blue hair.
3. Humans - Doh.

We're not Minbari, Centauri, Narn, Drazi, Pak'Ma'Ra, Brakiri, Lumati, Vorlon, or Shadow, so I guess we are human.

RE: Species

Well...we're not one species because that would be very silly. We're several species. Actually...a lot. A lot more than is on this list, but most of these species are natives who are so backwards or technophobic it's rather insane. We're just going to list the five most common and a short description so you can get to know our nation a little better.

Enough with the jokes, this is a serious document. This networked periodical is a republishing of Rachael Alderson's "Soviet Races and Customs, Abridged", with our own brand of humour thrown in for good measure. The pictures and information are taken from Ms. Alderson's book, however the descriptions themselves have been written by our staff. All of our lovely subscribers (and whoever the hell thought it was a good idea to ILLEGALLY upload this onto the galactic network) can think of this as a humourous, informative and accurate (although not necessarily useful) April Fool's joke, except it's not April Fool's Day (curses!) and we shouldn't be joking.

Without further ado, we present to you, our subscriber, the five primary races of the Soviet Technocratic Confederacy, rewritten to conform with our better judgment and not-so-politically-correct humour.

Your average, cybernetically (or genetically for all we know, it was a stock photo) enhanced human. They're usually predisposed to some kind of violence to those people who are religious, intolerant of other species or other 'rightist' views. Humans within the Technocracy are often extremely liberal (except when it comes to technology), Germanic or Anglo-Saxon in origin and constitute a rather powerful, but small (actually, smallest) minority.

This:

Your run-of-the-mill kemonomimi; they constitute the vast majority of Soviet citizens, and indeed hold many positions of power within the Technocratic Party and council. They're also predisposed to punching, clawing, killing and kicking. Generally this involves unfaithful spouses or boy/girlfriends, but it can happen to nosy tourists and perverts too. Overall they're not much different than your average human citizen, besides being infinitely cuter and cuddlier.

This:

Your average furry. Eh...not much to say that already hasn't been said about the above, except these cute little guys and gals are far more cuddly and fluffy. Infinitely more cuddly and fluffy. Which means they are twice as infinitely more cuddly than your average human. They're generally a lot nicer when going about their business than your average citizen. In fact, if they were anywhere else, they could almost be considered being released from the mental hospital and into the rest of society. It just goes to show how laid-back furries are in the Technocracy.

This:

Yes shes made of slime. No it's not actually a girl, she just likes taking the shape of a girl. Who knows what gender she/he/it is, but at the moment shes a girl. For best reference however, it's always polite to refer to them as what gender they prefer, rather than "it", much like you would someone who had a sex change.

We're not entirely sure where the slimes came from...so we just prefer not to actually think about that. Some people believe that they're the results of some kind of government experiment or strange alien entity decided to screw around with some unlucky peoples' DNA. No one knows for sure, but then again no one really cares, we just like having another race added to our fold.

Yeah that's a robot. That's right. We have robots as citizens. We just totally pawned your nation so hard it hurts us as much as you. Yeah, we're that awesome. We're so awesome, in fact, that we have robots MAKING robots (not that way you sicko), and they also have lots of neat guns.

Naturally, most of these (specifically the ones in the pic) sapient robots are restricted to military service, but some choose to be "demilitarised" (weapons, enhancements and other mil-spec equipment forcibly removed) and are easily blended into civilian life (although some have...'residual' moments of PTSD-like flashbacks). We also have numerous civilian-designed robots, and yes they too are sapient.

We're sure that we have far, far more species in our nation than these, we just haven't found them yet. Unless of course you're only referring to sapient species, then this is about as far as it goes, but with the numerous genetic enhancements, we could have as many as 13 sapient species within the Technocracy, but we only list the five primary ones, because well...erm...well, we're just damned lazy and don't have time to do actual research. We have a rather mixed population. Basically, our citizens are either humans (Homo sapiens) or gummi bears (Ursus cummis). However, it is rumoured that among our human population may live a tiny subgroup of nationalists and racists (Homo stultus), which look almost identical to humans, and therefore can hardly be identified.

We're a diverse nation as well. Everything from a small moogle to a large transforming robot, lol.

[Eidenn]

The population of Eidenn is roughly 90% human, because the nation itself is staunchly anti-human-like things. This runs the gamut for all human-like but non-human biological creatures, from elves to anthropomorphic animals to vampires. Yes, even vampiric golems made of diamond count. Actually, those count especially.

Within that 90%, Eidennites have a roughly 47% sub-population, of humans who have been technologically modded (ex. cyborgs), "magically gifted" types (the Eidenn party-line is that they're "psionics"), or mutants. They're treated like every other human citizen of Eidenn, save for a little more prestige and other benefits due to their status.

Some genetic modification is allowed, so long as the traits are not passed onto offspring; in those cases, genetically-modified individuals must apply for a license with the local government to be allowed to have children.

The remaining population consists of intelligent "magical" creatures, either without human forms (griffins, kirin) or with a ban on assuming those human forms in public (dragons, talking animals). They also receive full rights as a citizen, with one footnote: Attempting a romantic or sexual relationship with a human of Eidenn is grounds for expulsion from the country.

Both populations are growing, as Eidenn accepts refugees under certain circumstances providing they can exist with the current standards of population.
