Hi! Just so you know, this factbook is about a nation that's really weird. So be prepared for some weird stuff. K!
Anyway, this is a country, well, a planet of all-female humanoid lizard people. Yeah, like I said, weird. They are all Lesbians. Yup. And it's basically just something someone would come up in a dream, when stoned, or when watching porn. Yup. Okay, so lets get started.
Geography
The planet of Scalia is a large planet(About the size of Jupiter) which is mainly dominated by plains, jungles, and deserts. About 71% of the planet is made of land. The other 39% being water. The core of the planet(Like Naboo from StarWars) is actually just a series of underwater caverns instead of a fiery core. There are numberous mountains up in the northern hemisphere. Mainly in the Arctic Circle(Which is much lower then Earth's Arctic Circle.)
Economy
The Economy is a simple mix of Capitalism and Barter & Trade. The currency is simple gold coin, as gold is a very common source on Scalia then on Earth. Which makes it plentiful for currency.
History
The planet has little history. The Scalian people have always been weak in technology and never really made it past Classical Era tech. So they were very primative when Humans arrived in 2075.
In 2075 a group of Human settlers from a advanced nation on Earth arrived on the planet, unaware to find that there were intelligent beings living on it. They were truly shocked when they realized that there were indeed intelligent beings, and even more shocked to find out they were all female. Eventually Hunters tried to kidnap them for sex slaves, but even with their advanced technology, they stood no chance against the Scalians who knew their planet well, and it's other inhabitants.
Eventually Humans decided NOT to colonize the planet, and instead, leave it to the people, however some Humans returned, to offer the Scalian people knowladge. Teachers and Scientists enlightened the Scalians with technology, and eventually The Federation of the Planet of Scalia was born. A technologically advanced nation, it's goals are to spread it's enlightenment to the rest of the Scalian people, in hopes of uniting the people, and the planet, to deter any villianous Imperialists from invading it.
Military
The military is a standard FT military, they have mechs, gauss guns, hover tanks, battlecruisers, etc. They have organized a strong military to protect the people, and the planet from foreign threats.
Comprised of an Airforce, a Space Navy, a Sea Navy, a Army, a Marines, a Space Marines, a Special Forces, and a intelligence agency, they have formed military ready to fight any foreign threats by an means possible.
Government & Politics
The Government is far from Democratic, as the people do no wish villians to be elected into the government, so they decided to keep to a Imperial Monarchy headed by the Empress of the Federation, in order to keep royal bloodline in control, to deter villians. The people know what they need and what they don't need(Well most of them) and they trust the government to do what's best for the people, even if it does sacrifice some political freedoms and civil rights.
People & Population
The people of Scalia are simple Scalians, lizard humanoids(Reptilians/Reptoids/Reptiloids/Draconians) which are about the same size as Humans would be inhabit the planet, there are 9 races which are used to discribe different types of Scalians.
Koplak - Purple scales, mainly inhabit the Northern Hemisphere and are considered 'Holy' in Scalian religion.
Skactel - Green scales, the dominant race on the planet and the most intelligent.
Rezzorc - Black scales, live in the dark caves in the mountains, excellent diggers.
Fetushi - Red scales, live on the island of Gewrsq, around the large volcano, they are resistant to fire and lava.
Jareshu - Brown scales, live in the hills and plains, are excellent farmers and builders.
Cellsitoy - Blue scales, live under water in beautiful dome cities that would put Atlantis to shame, unlike other races, they can breath underwater for as long as they want, other races have time limits, they are also excellent fishers and swimmers.
Eqwelianas - White scales, live in the snow covered areas, can build things out of ice and snow easily, they are resistant to cold weather, and live in icy cities.
Xasial - Orange scales, like Fetushi, are resistant to fire, however, not to lava, and inhabit deep underground caverns inbetween the surface and the planet's core.
Veshialuy - Yellow scales, have wings on their backs and live in the clouds.
Gereughsiaj - Grey scales, live in caves like the Rezzorc and are also great builders and diggers, they also have teeth strong enough to bite threw rock.
Communications
Unlike Humans, Scalians can communicate telepathicly. Have their range is only up to about the length of 8 football(American football) fields. Althought for longer-distance communication they use the new technology the Humans introduced to them, such as phones and computers.
Scalian Anatomy
Scalian Anatomy is different from Human Anatomy. They are able to reproduce with their own gender. As there are two types of Scalians in Scalian Anatomy, Females and Males, however males are about the same as Females, except they have genitals. Which is the way the two can reproduce. The words Gay, Fag, Fagget, Homosexual, Homo, Lesbian, Lesbo, Bi Bisexual mean nothing to Scalians. Since Humans and Scalians are so different in reproductive and sexual ways.
Religion
Scalians only have one religion, Qay, Qayanites as the believers are called. Qay is the belief the Celestia(Not a reference to MLP), a Koplak Scalian created Scalia and the Scalian people. This is why Koplaks are considered holy. They are believe to be the desendents of Celestia. The godess is believes to however ONLY created Scalia and the Scalian people and the other species on Scalia. Not the rest of the universe. And they are unable to be converted, there are no Atheists on Scalia either, such beliefs would be considered Herecy and Scalians caught in said beliefs would be forever shunned and unwelcomed in society. Qay teaches Scalians to behave thanks to the 13 Lahsic's. Each Lahsic is basically Celestia telling Scalians how to behave.
First Lahsic:No person shall ever become obsessed with sexual interactions enough to force sex upon another(Aka, no rape).
Second Lahsic:No person shall spit on the poor or mistreat them, but shall so compassion for the soul(Aka, do not disrespect poor people, show them respect).
Third Lahsic:No person shall insult one because they are different, each person must accept differences(Aka, no racism, etc.).
Fourth Lahsic:No person of older age shall force sexual interactions upon on of a younger age. May they burn in the fires of Feekij(Scalian version of Hell) should they(Basically, no child molesting, legal age for having sex is 17).
Fifth Lahsic:None shall murder the ones who they do not know or know, for such things would be sin(Basically, murder is bad).
Sixth Lahsic:None shall pollute the waters for which the Geggisji(Fish) swim(I.e. no polluting the ocean, lakes, rivers, etc.)
Seventh Lahsic:No Koplak shall be mistreated, they are my children, and shall be respected, no Koplak shall mistreat the others, for they are to set examples, all Koplaks must pursue a passion in Qay, weather it be a Monk or a Priest. They must show their faith(This one mainly applies to Koplaks).
Eighth Lahsic:No person shall beknown as a conquerer, a warlord, a villian. They must be known as a saviour, a heroine, a leader(I.e. one cannot and should not be evil).
Ninth Lahsic:No person shall steal anything from anyone(i.e. no thieves).
Tenth Lahsic:No Fetushi, Xasial or Veshialuy shall use their ability to breath flames to hurt another person or animal(They have this ability).
Eleventh Lahsic:No person shall cover their scales while swimming, they must embrace the water with their scales, not with cloth or silk(Basically, every beach is a nude beach).
Twelfth Lahsic:No person shall eat another person, as they would be Weshhugi(Cannibals) and Weshhugialiu(Cannibalism) is sinful.
Thirteenth Lahsic:No person shall murder any animal that has been domesticated, or they shall be condemned to feekij(Aka, no killing animals that have been domesticated, like pets, etc.).
