The Systems Alliance is a organization founded by the Republic of Sovereign Nations, Citadel and the Unified Earth Governments. The Alliance was created to counter act the Sovereign Coalition during the First Great Galactic War, it has run ever since it was founded on the Alliance Charter and has since then not only put down insurrections, dangerous threats and enemy nations, but it also governed the galaxy with a even hand, uplifted several species and stopped the genocide on many beings. Anything official in a member state goes to the higher ups in the alliance. Unofficial member states include the current Regime in the Jiralhanae Empire, the Flood and Rachni.
It is worth noting that although the three listed governments above are considered allies and associates, they hold no power and they themselves are limited to having to follow the Alliance's charter. The Systems Alliance is currently on a long project creating a new dimension in the middle of the galaxy which in the center of the new realm, will be their capitol Construct One (Coruscant in Sangheili language.)
