I will not even consider mentioning Monavia in these lists because that would constitute a conflict of interest. That being said, I classify nations according to more than just moral alignment.

1. TurtleShroom: The world's conscience. They might make mistakes like the rest of us, but they always put their money where their mouths are, have a good sense of humor, officially stay out of the business of their neighbors, promote the freedom of the free market, grow foreign economies through trade, fight slavery, take stands against moral depravity, protect religious institutions from secular persecution, and endure with patience and dignity the horrors heaped upon them by everybody else.
2. Katonazag: One of Monavia's most reliable allies and a champion of international order, freedom of the seas and skies, and creator of colonies for freed slaves.
3. Salzland: Another of Monavia's reliable allies and partners who has opposed the likes of Nitom, Diol, Greater Tezdrian, and worse.
4. The Yohanneasian Commonwealth: They have established some of the best banking and arms manufacturing companies on the face of the earth. Their trading has driven countless economies. They're civilized, cultured, affable partners on the world stage.
5. The Ganosian Enclave: They have performed incalculable services to all of humanity by defended international order, opposed New Independent Canada, possess an extraordinary culture and level of civilization, rebuilt a broken country in only a few short years, and performed another great service by creating a place where all of the world's moral defects can be consolidated and kept out of sight and earshot of the rest of us (Yuri Island Colony).
6. Merchant Republics: The cultured and civilized people of this state are to be lauded for their amicable behavior towards their neighbors, open trade policy, and promotion of international peace.
7. Lamoni: An international champion of freedom and moderation which has been instrumental in the mediation of international conflicts on numerous occasions and has created a great arms manufacturing industry.
8. Etoile Arcture: One of Monavia's allies.
9. Alfegos: One of Monavia's allies.
10. Mokastana: One of Monavia's allies.
11. Zaheran: One of Monavia's allies.
12. Damirez: One of Monavia's allies.

1. Station 12: The controller of this nation, which is actually a space station, is a computer named "JOY Unit." There is no joy here, however, because "JOY Unit" is as bonkers as a computer can possibly be and runs the whole station like a prison.
2. The Kraven Corporation: A sadistic totalitarian computer program named "Father" hijacks and enslaves the whole nation and controls its populace with drugs, then uses individual citizens as elements of its war machine. Rampant warmongering takes place. Kraven sells out Automagfreek in a war. "Father" is compromised and Reichmarshal Helghan takes over, only to become a mechanical monstrosity. Helghan continues the rampant warmongering, genocide, and war crimes of his predecessor.
3. No Endorse: These folks are guilty of rampant carpet-nuking.
4. Libertarian Governance: This nation is guilty of rampant warmongering, genocide, war crimes, and violence. Its people are foul-mouthed, drug using, inebriated, violence-obsessed barbarians who toppled a space elevator in the process of fighting one conflict and did not care that the resulting tsunami leveled a few other nearby nations. They kill missionaries, tourists, and travelers who are in the wrong place at the wrong time, consider all people vacationing in states where slavery is legal to be guilty of providing economic support and hang hundreds of thousands of them, employ deadly force in gross excess against civilians, sink cruise ships ans ocean liners, shoot down civilian aircraft, and commit genocide, then claim that they're better than Kraven when they are just as bloody.
5. Allanea: Allaneans exterminated 800,000,000 Yurkans, bombed countless countries that I will not bother spending the next hour listing, take body parts as trophies, drink from skulls, use human skin in place of canvas for making paintings, and consider anyone who is even five hundred degrees removed from slavery to be a slaver and marked for death, cannot keep their noses out of the internal policies of anyone. A deluded, self-righteous, genocidal crusader named Alexander Kirillovich Kazansky serves as the president-for-life of this state that fails to obey Sun Tzu's admonition that no country benefits from perpetual warfare and is behind most of the aforementioned behavior. Worst of all, Kazansky is doing all of this to please some Quendi woman.
6. Automagfreek: They practice rampant warmongering, offer millions of captives as blood sacrifices to pagan gods, suffer from internal instability due to feuding between Damian, Vladius, and Azrael, persecute non-Freekish religions, and are generally cruel. Positive points include creating order in Gholgoth, opposing godless libertarians, opposing Kraven, and opposing Ralkovia.
7. United World Order: They're always at war with someone, running genocidal programs, and turning fascism into an indiscriminate killing machine.
8. Ralkovia: The Ralkovians are guilty of mistreating prisoners, institutionalized sadism, genocide, slavery, warmongering, fiscal irresponsibility, persecuting non-Jews, conducting vivisections on prisoners, and allowing themselves to be run by a spoiled, satanic, teenaged reprobate who has engaged in fratricide, fornication, murder, and worse.
9. Scandinavians: These people are heretical fanatics who engage in constant warfare, practice a bastardized version of Catholicism that considers burning people alive compatible with the Bible, are run by a hypocritical emperor who takes concubines, and cooperates with Parthia and Ralkovia.
10. Parthia: Exterminating 56,000,000 Arabs, having the world's worst torture facilities, conducting vivisections on political prisoners, harassing and killing diplomats, smuggling, slavery, encouraging piracy, genocide of other groups. Positive attributes include an interesting culture and the fact that they sometimes have standards.
11. Swilatia: Cultureless leftists.
12. Maraque: The behavior of these people leads me to think that there is a chance they are not human and were put here just to annoy the rest of us.
13. Grand World Order: These people, while somewhat tolerable, are incredibly rude in terms of their conduct towards foreigners. The Grand Commander permits his citizens to lynch people in the streets, declares wars against nations on the sole basis of ideology, displays the heads of his enemies outside his office, and swears too much like all his people.
14. Greater Nepal: This country engages in too much warmongering and genocide.
15. New Nicksylvania: Considers "rape and pillage" civilized behavior.
16. Milograd: Constantly overreacts to perceived "interference" by declaring wars of extermination against neighbors which oppose it in the slightest.
17. The C'tan: Please add Allanea and Libertarian Governance together to obtain a semblance of their foreign policies. The C'tan are invasive warmongers who use technology from the future to crush MT nations. They also had the gall to invade poor TurtleShroom with intention of turning them into something which nobody on NS would recognize.

The ugly: Nations with histories of violating board rules, egregious RP, or a simple desire to make NS rot.

Ultimately, as the OP of this thread I allow everyone to voice their opinion, irregardless of whether it is "right" or "wrong" by different players' perspective. As a participant of this thread, you are free to do what the OP instructed; that of providing a list of roleplayed nations in NS which you consider to be IC/In-Character wise "good" and "bad".

I do not allow the mocking of other's opinion, and has always held the view that everyone's free to voice their opinion, without the fear of being mocked upon publicly for being true and honest by offering their opinions.
