The Factbook of Vietnam Empire (MT, V 2.1)

As of now, due to my large absence and laziness, I will keep it simple and transition all information and such to the NS Factbook on the main nation page.
TO DO LIST
- Update national flag
- Revise the political branches
- Change the government system from Federal Semi-Presidential Republic to a a Federal Parliamentary Constitutional Republic
-Eliminate the Presidency, the Prime Minister is the Head of Government and a Head of State, fusion to the legislature, hence, parliamentary Change of plan, there will be a president but he/she is just a ceremonial head of state
- Reduce the number of provinces to around 15-40province federated states
- Have a reasonable number of senators and representatives (4 senators and 6 representatives per state)
- Have a reasonable information on political parties and the leaders of the parties
- Have a reasonable brief but well done historical info on the VE
- Have only the essential demographic data
- After completing all of the above, revamp the military factbook
