In grand strategy games, it's a valuable trade partner, whereas in action games it is most likely not ever been portrayed, perhaps a mention or two.
There could be a game about the recent civil war, that put the current government in power, although it would be a tad bit too soon.
I use some NS stats, I guess.

Pronghorns Greater Japari Republic is usually ignored, but is seen as a neutral nation in RTS games, and as an enemy in FPS games.

We're usually depicted as potsmokers with guns and poor taste in furniture. We're ok with this. What we don't understand is why foreign game developers think we eat nothing but fish and meatballs.

Normally we are seen as the antagonists in video games due to our secretive, distrustful nature around others (Who wouldn't be if you just came out of an international effort with every single nation aimed at your eradication). If they don't portray us as the secretive weasels, its normally seen as thugs. This is because in the old days, we, referred to as twilights at the time, had enhanced physical abilities but had diminished mental and emotional stability, thus we were just unleashed against our employer/master's enemies. Rather annoying really.

I don't think there are video games about us period... but for the sake of argument, it depends on the programmer's design choice.

We might be portrayed as filthy barbarians or we might be portrayed as a tiny nation surrounded by enemies, all of them gross stereotypes.

Often, mainly in games set in the cold war we're the main villains or opposition. Though some recent ones portray us more positively such as a recent shooter set in Somalia, 2003. As for WW2 games it's generally more positive with us being in the Allies.

Sadly, often ignored. We're a regional power but it's still the Balkans. Most of the time it's if the game decides to focus on the British effort in WW2 and how we both fought together in 1940-41.

We're frequently stereotyped as a country entirely composed of edgy, gritty, neon cyberpunk metropolises full of hackers with sweet leather jackets and equally sweet wraparound shades. Basically, every cyberpunk/Blade Runner/Ghost in the Shell cliche you can think of.

Were stereotyped as a remnant of the German Empire, Nazis, Imperial Japanese sympathizers, which are generally annoying. Some we can understand though, such as our rivalry with India spilling into regional warfare or nuclear war.

Usually the Empire of Japanese Pacific States from a foreign perspective is shown as the bad guy in mostly all games from the United States and other western nations, in addition to this there's also games of which originate from the united states of which detail an alternate history in which Japan loses the second world war. Though beyond that there are usually more games from countries formerly allied with Japan of which detail Japan being an allied force. It's more or less mostly negative.

Most video games portray the nation as either the shadowy bankrollers of evil or the place from where dangerous technologies are sent out into the world. Our citizens, meanwhile, are usually shown as either hapless, ignorant consumers who mindlessly obey all authority or as saboteurs, assassins, and various other antagonists,
