We would like permission to own, operate (and lend, when not in use) a small light aircraft from some airport, control of all airspace directly above the embassy, navigation permits, and permission to make private business arrangements to operate replenishment ships for the purpose of victualling a small naval squadron (which we are dispatching to undertake a regional tour).
We would also like to start discussing formalizing of our relations with a joint document confirming mutual recognition of our various sovereign territories and our jurisdictional oversight over seas, a statement affirming the peace between our nations, establishments of commercial relations, and various matters concerning trade, to ensure:
Reasonable similarity of any tarrifs levied by either of our nations between us;
Tax provisions to safeguard entities from punitive double taxation, and to ensure that neither nation can be considered a tax haven of the other;*
Equitable enforcement of regulations, subsidies/refunds (including currency controls), and taxes excluding customs duties (as required only for investigatory purposes) for all entities operating within either of our jurisdictions;
Free competition enforcement rules for all entities operating within either of our jurisdictions; making discriminatory practices based on nationality illegal for all entities operating within either of our jurisdictions;
Agreement of the right to own property or receive just compensation for all sentient creatures, including full mutual recognition of patents and their rights and the right to own information secretly, unless there is reasonable suspicion of illegal activities**, for all sentient creatures or entities operating within either of our jurisdictions; and

*Regarding tax details, our law is that up to a 5% revenue tax (for multi-person entities) and a 6% income tax (for single person entities) is levied on our entities' operations overseas in addition to pension and healthcare contributions (up to 14% of income) to cover costs and projected costs incurred by our government on their behalf. We also possess very high national taxes (70% of income, 65% corporate tax), but offer refunds of up to 25% and 10% of GNI for research/education by individuals and corporations, leading to an effective tax rate of roughly 50% and 30%. We would expect the trade treaty to agree on deductions on our own taxation of our foreign entities operating in our countries and to deal with tax evasion and any issues with creating tax havens.
