However, I've had the lowest unemployment rate in our region for several years. Each time the "Highest Unwmployment Rate" WA report has occured, I've found myself at the last page of the nations list (and we have more than 100 nations).

Our unemployment rate is anywhere between 8% and 24%, depending on who you believe. It should be remembered, though, that we have a very healthy black market, so people employed in that sector aren't necessarily counted as officially "employed". We also have a lot of professional surfers, beachcombers, etc. who aren't strictly "employed" since they don't make any money.

Nb. many commentators allege a high rate of under-employment in Beddgelert, and this is owing to the low working-hours associated with much of the co-operative sector and job-sharing throughout the economy.

Mine's approximately 4% according to calculators, and however much I really dislike those calculators, 4% is a rather good rate.

Edit: Whoops. Looking at NSE for the first time in forever, it's 2.69%. And I dislike Tracker even more.

I would consider the second one more accurate, since I do not consider that my nation is going through a credit boom right now. That is, I would assume that my nation is at natural unemployment rate (U_N = U_S + U_F). Otherwise, I would have a negative U_C, and I would not consider that an accurate depiction of my nation.

In fact, my GDPPC went down by ~$1,000 (from ~$46,500 to ~$45,500), and so that constitutes a loss in productivity. I would assume this means there was a slight increase in cyclical unemployment (even if slight, since the loss in productivity could have come from other factors, as well).
