Treaty of Friendship and Goodwill (T1)
(Prerequisite(s): mutual exchange of embassies)
Signatories agree…
- to recognise the mutual territorial and sovereign integrity of both states
- to promote peaceful co-existence and co-operation between both states
- to seek peaceful resolution of any disputes between both states and to assume goodwill in the actions of each other
- to prioritise providing any available assistance and/or aid in the event of a major disaster or upon the request of either state
Treaty of Trade and Development (T2)
(Prerequisite(s): mutual exchange of embassies)
Signatories agree…
- to actively engage in trade and economic exchange
- to respect the right of both states to determine their own economic systems
- to promote and work co-operatively in maximising mutual trade, investment and development between both states with respect to their economic and social values. This includes, but is not limited to, direct joint-investments with both states sharing in profits (or as otherwise agreed) in proportion to their overall investment.
Treaty of Scientific Co-operation (T3)
(Prerequisite(s): Treaty of Friendship and Goodwill)
Signatories agree…
- to promote the mutual exchange of appropriate educational, scientific and research information
- to provide mutual access (as appropriate) to research and educational facilities
- to co-operate with requests for the establishment of mutual educational and/or research facilities and to equally share the scientific or technological benefits derived from such investments. Any subsequent profits are to be shared in proportion (or as agreed) to the overall funding shared between both states.
Treaty of Security and Defence (T4)
(Prerequisite(s): Treaty of Friendship and Goodwill, Treaty of Trade and Development, Treaty of Scientific Co-operation)
Signatories agree…
Security
- not to conduct acts of espionage against one another within their mutual territories
- to share relevant foreign intelligence and security information between both state
- to promote co-operation in areas of overlapping security concerns
Defence- to promote reasonable co-operation between the armed forces of each state including, but not limited to, periodic officer exchanges and engaging in war games
- to prioritise requests for the purchase of appropriate military surpluses and/or weapons systems.
- to allow the naval forces of both states to have port of call access during peacetime
- to automatically offer all available assistance in the event of an unprovoked attack or declaration of war by a foreign power(s)
- to prioritise any request for assistance against a foreign power that neither state is currently allied with. Neither state is obliged to provide assistance if (A) the requesting state is at war due to their obligations as a member of another alliance, (B) the requesting state is considered to be engaged in an offensive war
- not to provide either military or strategic assistance or support to a state that either signatory is currently at war with
- that either signatory must notify the other if they intend declaring war against a signatory’s ally. Declaration of war against a signatory’s ally (automatically without notification) is acceptable grounds for the dissolution of this treaty.
Treaty of Strategic Alliance (T5)
(Prerequisite(s): Treaty of Friendship and Goodwill, Treaty of Trade and Development, Treaty of Scientific Co-operation)

Information
- to co-operate in the exchange of appropriate military technologies
- to co-operate in mutual military research and development programs with both states to have equal access to the derivative technologies and to share in proportion (or as agreed) any subsequent profits from the potential later sale of said technologies
- to prioritise the establishment of intelligence centres which will share relevant information equally
Strategic Protection**- to prioritise requests for the localised extension of (or potential coordination) of strategic (nuclear) forces
- to prioritise requests for the establishment of military or strategic bases
- that military forces hosted in another signatory remain under their original national command
- that the host nation will waive all connection and services fees in exchange for a nominal annual reimbursement from the other signatory for the duration of its occupation of the base
- that a host nation is obliged to provide a maximum of up to 30 days for the complete evacuation of all foreign signatory forces from the date of any formal request for their removal or the date of the dissolution of this treaty.
