The Manila Code is a compendium of decrees promulgated by the current Emperor of Kamaynilaan. These decrees bear the signature of Benigno Simeon III, and constitute the Law of the Land, akin to the Philippine Constitution of old.

1st Decree of Benigno Simeon III

This nation shall be known as the Holy Empire of Kamaynilaan. It shall be composed of all the regions of Luzon with the exception of Palawan Island, which is under the leadership of the traitorous Ilonggos, and shall be ruled by an Emperor or Emperess of the Cojuangco-Aquino line.

Executive and Legislative authority shall be vested upon the Sovereign. In addition, he or she shall be the supreme arbiter of Judicial affairs.

The Empire shall adopt a "Manileño First" policy in the economic arena. Foreign ownership of companies within the territories of Kamaynilaan shall be restricted to a maximum of 40%.
