Samurkhan wishes to open its borders

Samurkhan is an old nation with a proud heritage. However, Samurkhan only recently reopened itself to the outside world after 600 years of isolation. Samurkhan is highly influenced by a synthesis of Marxist and Luddite (or Ruskinian) economic philosophy. Therefore, we have no intention at this time to open our borders to capitalist or neo-liberal tyranny. We do, however, wish make our borders permeable to the outside for diplomatic transaction.

We are opening a series of embassies. We are a small community, and only wish to have diplomatic relations with states that wish to speak with us. We request you open up a formal embassy before you broker international deals with us. All embassies will be located in our capital in the new diplomatic palatial Enclave near the palace of Prince of Qa’Tark. Also, by allowing your embassy into Samurkhan, you are also allowing us the option to open an embassy in your nation which will follow your national foreign-diplomatic Guidelines.

I am afraid we can not approve the vehicles. Our infrastructure is currently only able to withhold our bus and train systems. Also, we fear you have too much fear for the safety of the individuals. We agree that perhaps our efforts to have you hire our local staff may seem stringent, but we have a highly educated population who are geared toward such services. We do request you rethink your Kitchen staff and Technical staff as being from your home nation. Perhaps we can make a compromise of half coming from your nation and half from Samurkhan? I'm sure you understand the need to employ our own people. Also, the weaponry has been approved except for the Heckler and Koch (since we wish you not to have neither trucks nor sub-machine guns). Also, we do not understand your need for a military attache. Perhaps we can discuss your intentions? I am sure it is just a simple part of your team, but we in the nation of Samurkhan are weary of any military-minded outsiders. The request for a flagpole is allowed.
