Introduction:

The Federation of WhuPing exists on a planet called which is called CIRIUSB located near a Blue Star in the Ionian System. The planet which is also called by other people "Twin Earth" due to it's close similarity to the other "Earth" where all humans originated from. We in fact fought for our revolution and demanded a new type of Freedom, A sense that we had more purpose than "them." We in fact went to war and won.

History:

The history goes far back in 2015 where space travel became a possible relic of reality. Where our forefathers thought that space travel was impossible due to the limitations of technology now became a reachable new sense of hope. Once Space became a new Frontier to explore and expand, Earth first then needs to find one ruler. Then that became of where everything went down hill. Wars broke out, Civil wars, murders of brothers and sisters. Then soon after Apocalypse....

It wasn't pretty you bet, though it is necessary to keep it in our Archives to remind us what we can be or what we could be. Either Creations of Life or the Destruction of it. It's either we can be like that or change our course and do what is right for the Greater Good.

In 2020 a Fleet of 20 colony ships decided and wanted to change that and make a difference to the Universe and Explore. They did not know from that single event that they were going to go far and thrive. Though as said again limitations of technology, Faster Than Light (FTL) travel wasn't made back then so the difficult journey of which is 40 Light Years Away is intense. Took a total of 67 Years total and max to reach the new planet as of today. Only 3 Colony Ships came through, the rest were either looted or lost their way, some were scavenged for food and either cannibalized by the survivors to stay living. One of them the first to land was Captain Whu and the ship's name was Earth Vessel Ping. Of which then soon later the Federation of WhuPing was made. Contribution to finding the Planet and decide to thrive in.

Any who the horrifying experience, yet necessary. Which we then fought to fight out of Hell to live in Peace in the Heavens. Of which our Brothers and Sisters now containing the blood of others sought to look for a place to relieve them of their sins. They had no choice, it was for survival. For the Greater Good.

It was that of where it hit them, they soon believed in no god soon after. Only what they do is for the Greater Good of others and only the Good with proper Reason, Only the Good with proper Logic, Only the Good of proper Respect. They soon started rebuilding a new future of which they craft with their bare hands and ingenuity of creativity. Imagination was a big thing for them at the start. Soon their numbers grew, we grew, a new breed of intelligent humans grew. Paced from the start as stone cobbling workers into futuristic engineers of marvel. They crafted the best of machines that would make inventors look like amateurs.

We soon developed a new Government type- A Federation. To keep order and defenses for the people and the Greater Good. Elections happen every 10 years and the elections tend to take 3 years to complete and decide among the people who to choose. As said again we pick our answer with logical reasoning and stick to it as we are confident with our choice. So far we have and color of the person with elect does not mind us, not even their race. Though they have to be human to serve as the President of the Federation of WhuPing.

Though racism within our society is frowned upon and the punishment is very severe. We still yet tend to make a joke here and here. One must know when to stop though.

As of then in 2179, our once homeworld "Earth" has finally found where we were they attempted to communicate with us. Of which we accepted with open arms just to be then fall into their rules and treat our planet like theirs. This is our home and they step into Federation soil with disrespect and is needed to die. We came here for a better life and forged by us and will continue on. Not to fall into another war of corruption of which lead to the inevitable demise of Earth. We then took up arms and fought our old former brothers and sisters. A small battle which led to a large scale battle into a universal war. A war that took 100 years. Our planet in ruins our freedom fighters lay dead in ground and our leader lays dead along with our fighters....

Then we took up our tools and weapons and our flag. We made it soar high in the sky with pride and forever remain flying high. We rebuilt from the ashes of war - we even rose from it. We breathed the fumes of battle and we were reborn soon after. We fought for our freedom and soon we were granted of our wish. We are the Federation.

Current time is now 2680, our Planet now evolved and more stunning to watch as it advances. Technology is reachable as of anything you think of we can make it. The Federation dependable on it's trading for economics as well as mining in the far reaches in the Ionian System. As for war it depends on it's soldiers and the bond of machine. The Federation now needs the people to help maintain it and any opposition, rebellion, civil warlike, is not tolerated and will be put down with immediate force. We are the Federation. We have risen from the ashes of war, through the tears of death, through the might of beginning of time. We will prosper one way or another. The first line of defense is usually the strongest for both expansion and maintaining as we are a Military Planet and a Military Society....

Military


For the Federation it is required that children young as age of 13 to start military training and to be conducted into military service at the age of 17. Military Education is the highest of priority for a kid that is not smart when he joins the military is not only an insult to our military, but the federation as well. Then Physical Fitness is the Second Highest. For the Greater Good they serve the Federation and help deliver the Might of the Federation to the weakest point of the enemy.

In fact 60% of the military leave at the age of 26 when it is permitted and have the freedom to do so. The other 40% rather stay and fight for the Federation. The 60% go on working with their normal civilian life with basic or advance military training. Then when the time is needed for them to serve their Federation, we pretty much could draft them.

As for the Federation Military we have two main branches - The Navy and the Marines.

Though as far the Marines are far more required than the Navy for they drop in the battle first and make sure to meet the enemy face to face. Through our years of training and upgrading our tactics as well as improvement in genetics and technology. We have made the proper future soldier of our Federation. Tough enough and smart enough to battle today's aliens and infestations even as well as universal wars. We will never back down from a fight.

As for that we have Regiments of 20,000 marines.
A Battalion of 1,000 marines.
A Company of 200 marines.

Names will be added to the Regiments depending on their achievements or success during any mission, battle, or wars that are currently happening. Numbers will also be affected.

The Regiments are supplied within the planet as well as training every day of every hour to maintain top physical shape as well as battle requirements. A weak soldier is easy to kill, but a tough soldier is harder to kill.

Regiments are often dispatched into what we call Regiment Missions for either diplomatic affairs or rebellious wars. Usually we rarely dispatch an entire Regiment for a single mission. Usually we dispatch a Company within the Battalions of within each Regiment. For wars and or reinforcing matters we will dispatch a Regiment to maintain and secure the pride of the Federation and deliver the might of the Federation with sheer force.

We have 4 different classes of Marines.

Multi-Role Soldier
The Multi-Role Soldier has the ability to revive and heal teammates in the field. As well as operate any machinery with limited skills as well as weaponry too. Pretty much an overall soldier - Jack of all trades.

Sniper/Scout
The Sniper/Scout Soldier uses it's abilities to scout for the Company and warn them of dangers of size and firepower of the enemy. They can identify from the distance and dispatch enemies with one shot. With the help of the Camo Cloak they are the expertise in stealth and long range shots than any other soldier.

Heavy Weapons Soldier
The Heavy Weapons Soldier is pretty much the tank of the Company using it's light machine gun or heavy machine gun, it can provide heavy suppression fire where no vehicle can go through. Even take shots for the Company while shooting on foot making it a viable asset for the Company. It is also even the strongest of all though the speed is very troublesome as it is the main leading thing for death.

Psi/Engineer Soldier

The Psi/Engineer soldier has the ability to bulge the brains of the enemy. With sheer concentration they have the ability to shape objects into what form they can think of. Though limited if disturbed by any sound or gun fire they have to shape the solid quickly or it will either explode or vanish during transformation. So most of the Psi's are Deaf. Even have the ability to Forge Metals into their creativity a viable asset for vehicle repairs.

All special in their own way and will not survive without each other's specialties and expertise.






Navy


The Navy's main vehicle for transport and power horse with be the Assault Frigate of the Federation. For it can transport up to 200 soldiers and perfect for Company missions since we can send them individually or multiple.

For example we can send the 1st and 5th Company of 1st Battalion of 5th Regiment into a planet. Total of 400 soldiers = 2-3 frigates.

The Frigates are also what we call AA Gunboats for their large armaments of Machine Guns and Lasers. Perfect for taking out those pesky fighters during a dog fight and very useful for fleets.

Supply Ship - The Supply Ships of the Federation has it's up and downs, but still mostly ups. For it's ability to obviously supply nearby ships, conduct light repair, and refuel or resupply. The best part about them is that they are the fastest in the fleet other than fighters. A vital asset for long siege's on planets for it's ability to resupply food and ammunition to ships and soldiers alike.

Hawk (Nighthound) -The supply ships are also useless without the help of transport air crafts such as a VTOL/Gunship. They also are crucial to the survival of a siege on the ground for they can provide light to medium fire support while dropping off troops. A main and viable choice to transport any soldier from any where around the planet in less than 30 minutes. Holds up to 20 - 25 soldiers and one Battle Walker.

VTOL Gunships are useless to transport troops without the support and the dedication of it's escort fighters. Which is shown here -XI-29 Strike Craft.

Battle Vessels


What is a Fleet?

A Fleet consists of a Flagship Admiral also his Captains which control other ships as well. He designates his Flagship as the strongest and mightiest of them all. Controls a single ship which all the ships look to for orders and hope. Usually the Flagship is either a Battleship or a Carrier Battle Cruiser.

Keep in mind that all Fleets usually is filled with mostly Frigates and Destroyers and less in large vessels.

Federal Guards


The Federal Guards are among the most advance machines to be ever created. With top sophisticated A.I.'s they act like normal human beings behind the thick empty armor, but really nothing is inside the armor just an empty case filled with a ball. The ball contains the Genius of these creations it is practically the brain. It learns and we taught it to become a killer and a protector of the Federation. Remember the quote or saying, "A punch of a thousand men," this machine is a soldier than can handle a thousand men. Depending on the situation. It can handle bullets effectively and it's intelligence is what keeps it living. For the Greater Good the Federal Guards keep the citizens from rebelling and keeps the Federation a Federation.

Drones


Mervin V-23 Drone - Drones have at least helped the Federation by contributing metal over humans. As well as every regiment has at least over 500 Mervin Drones for use against the enemies against the Federation. Drones can either be manually controlled by a soldier or set to be A.I controlled by itself. The drone itself inside has a built in 1,000 magazine belt-fed 50. cal machine gun with it's main weapon a 25-26mm repeater cannon fed by a belt-fed 25mm HE shell rounds.

The Drone itself has the ability to entrench on it's position therefor increasing the surviving ability of it's fellow soldiers and itself. Even we have equipped the Mervin Drone a pair of arms so it can repair itself in battle or help move obstacles out of it's path.


"Hopper" or Jinxle Drone - The "Hopper" - as our soldiers call it - is a very effective infantry killer as well as recon. In packs it is a very strong group. As 6 can eliminate any infantry threat that we know, taking a little damage as it is a very agile warrior. Usually used in Armor Brigade's or Armor Battalion. With multiple of these as well as the Scarab, Fire Designation is a more precise as information form the Hopper can be transmitted to the pilots within the Scarab to fire precise calculation shots at a distance of 3-5 miles away.

Equipped with two 50mm Gatling guns dual fed by a barrel drum of 500 rounds each. And hidden with the Gatling gun is a manipulative claw which it can extend and open up and act like a normal hand. Another useful feature in battle where it can grab an enemy soldier and fire it's Gatling gun - a very gruesome option, but a also a very big hitter to moral of the enemy. If you can count all of it, the Hopper has 4 arms 2 Gatling guns and a complex sophisticated A.I. machinery. It can be controlled by a Psi Operator or a standard Marine soldier.




Armored Vehicles


"Scarab" Fire Walker - The Fire Walker, or called the "Scarab" by our soldiers, is our heavy hitter and long range shooter. It is equipped with a 150mm smoothbore Gauss Cannon capable of penetrating through buildings and even enemy armor. Pretty much it is a mobile heavy sniper. The Scarab is also known for it's four move able legs of which a lot of tactics and formations have been invented such as the "Caterpillar" of where it's front and back legs come together and move forward like a caterpillar and shooting forward or any 360 direction.

The armor is made out of thick Oridecon and Titanium metal of which can deflect most explosive rounds and or armor piercing rounds as well. A lot of pros but also a couple cons. The machine is operated by up to 3 people of which in the same "head" of the Scarab. If the turret turns the driver is limited to a camera view. If the Camera is destroyed by a lucky hit, the driver is forced to stop in the middle of the battlefield until the cannon goes back to forward mount. The four legs is also a viable and weakness to hit, once of the legs are gone the Scarab is immobile and vulnerable to getting hit as the weakest part is shown of which is the belly.


Armored Battle Suit "Teddy Bear" - The Armored Battle suit, or called the "Teddy Bear," is operated by 2 people. Always required a Psi/Engineer to concentrate on the critical systems and the operating parts of the Battle Suit. Anything damaged the Psi can concentrate on that vital area and attempt to fix it from within the suit itself. Pretty much with a Psi as an assistant the Battle Suit can regenerate and or repair from battle.

It is called a Teddy Bear because it's the way it moves and also it just wants a hug. Usually the Battle Suit moves the same speed as the Scarab even in urban environments. It can move in narrow ally ways or any other large degree of which the Battle Suit is needed it will be there. Acts as a Company Support Vehicle as well as a light to medium heavy armored tank. It can be devastating in battle when it is used correctly.

Especially with it's Anti-Material Cannon it can target up to 1,000 to 2,000 meters away and hit the target with precision depending on the skill of the 2 operators. Teamwork is vital when maintaining and operating the machine for it's survival is crucial for the Company during combat. It can also act as a construction suit as it can be modified by it's arms and fitted with multiple varieties of equipment. A vital asset for any war and any Regiment.

Geography


With the technological advances and of course advance in time. The once ruined Capital city 400 years ago is now a thriving large metropolis in the Ionian System. Within the planet CIRUSB we have manage to rebuild and produce what is now today.

Pictured on top of a business complex.

On the very western side of the planet we have a region called the "Floating Heavens" of which is also a giant Metropolis a very fantastic Scenery.

What is also mysterious and strange about the "Floating Heavens" is that our ancestors once came to this planet and discovered floating mountains. It was already there as it is, but then we decided to turn it into a floating city. Some say aliens lived on this planet and was then annihilated, others say they created it for a purpose. Of course we are opportunistic and took that opportunity and changed it's architecture into a floating city pretty much.

Going farther out of the City limits live a luscious forest called the "Great Divine."

The Great Divine or you could say a large region of Forest, is packed with friendly yet dangerous wild life. You could say that we could have ran over the whole forest and made another city, but this is a Federation Home Planet. Why not make it beautiful as it is right? So instead of mowing it down we manage to convert the Forest into a giant training grounds. Every few months we drop about the equivalent of 500 teenagers down into the middle of the Forest and they have to survive through our teachings of survival. Of about 9/10 came out alive and survive - the others, they could have been eaten, starved to death, lost their way, or even abducted. Bottom line is that they have failed the test and weren't paying attention, thus they failed and payed the price. Teamwork is a giant crucial need to survive together that is what we are trying to teach them in the battlefield as well.

If you head down south from the "Floating Heavens" or even the "Great Divines" you would run into a x2 larger than the Forest Habitat. Which would be the Harsh Deserts of the South.

In here we also conduct training exercises as well as survival skills for the young ones. In here we also test any kind of weapons that could be used in the battlefield for tomorrow. Hidden bunkers are spread around the Desert to maintain maximum security so that no enemy could just pop in right behind us. Any who - Training here is harsher than the training in the Great Divine. For the reason being first is heat and thirst, then dehydration, then of course malnutrition and then get eaten by wild life. Only 7/10 out of 500 teenagers survive this training course, we also taught them that in battle you have the possibility that you would be stuck in intense heat for hours or days without food or water. This would help them prepare in the near future when assaulting a planet.
