We don't like boys, we like men, strong burly men. Ralkovia actually has a larger female to male population ratio do to the fact that most men are part of the military. That is mostly the reason why being homosexual is punishable by death, despite being unG-dly. Ralkovian sex life can be summarized into "Breed or Else."
