People don't always RP their population as being what is on their nation page.

ICly Milograd has a population of 1,500,000,000 people, although my game population is well over two billion.

On the official NS front page of the TBRE, it says 6 billion. But I RP a nation with a population of 25 million only.

It is a solid, weakly fluctuating 125 million. Ignore the in-game statistics, that's how much I want it to have.

If I had to pick an RP population it would be around 300 million. But on here it's officially 954 million.

There are around 14 million people in Povos do Mar.

This woman is a native Povos.
Her outfit and very light skin colour would suggest she works in a messy or laborious environment such as a factory. Her jewellery would certainly not be made by another person in Povos do Mar, so she would have received them as a present from elsewhere.

This man is a native Povos.
Although his light skin colour might signify another factory worker, his long and loose outfit suggests he does less laborious activities, he might be an IT technician, teacher or a navigator, though a teacher is more likely as navigators and IT technicians are considerably uncommon.

This man is an immigrant from Southern Morocco.
Due to his age, most would presume he took part in the revolution, though it is just as likely that he did not. His hat would imply he spends a lot of time out on the upper deck, so he probably works in the agricultural industry as a fisherman or a farmer.

She is still young enough to be attending school and would be attending secondary school by now and thinking about her career for the future. The flowers on her head are probably artificial as any fertile land is used for farming, nevertheless they are probably enviable items due to their rarity. The fruit by her feet might suggest one or both of her parents are farmers.
