Secovic, we hereby confirm that Chief Justice of the Frenequesta Haupttribunal Allen Derrick Cosmo will attend the Coronation of HRH Queen-Presumptive Jivani Estakuri-Darkaan scheduled on February 9, 2011.

Cosmo will arrive in a d'Artis 200 from our flagship airline d'Artis Air and Interstellar, which is expected to arrive a day before the coronation. Your nation may experience some seismic and unusual tidal activity due to the gravitational effects of the wormhole we must open in order to get to your universe, but this is not expected to cause any damage to the country or anywhere else on the planet you inhabit. Keep your nation's astrophysicists and astronomers on the lookout for the craft so they may better aid the control tower personnel at the designated airport.

In addition, Cosmo would like to inquire about the hotels he might stay at, although he does expect a fair amount of service you need not provide a four-star hotel.

We thank you dearly for giving us a heads up concerning the possible effects of your arrival and are confident that nothing shall happen.

As the location of the coronation will take place in the Borough of Darkaan, in southwestern Tsvarchi, and not the the National Administrative District of Taerak, which is traditionally the location for such occasions, an alternate hotel to the one we usually place foreign dignitaries in has been chosen. The hotel - a five-star hotel next to the historic Ancient City, is one of Tsvarchi's more prominent and prestigious, called the Kingdom Suites. It is within the Royal District of Darkaan which means it is in a more fortified location just two blocks from the Royal Palace of Darkaan.

If you would prefer an alternative to these accommodations we would be glad to make that happen.
