If you mean by number in service, we mostly use submarines, the Tonka-II class nuclear powered cruise missile submarines, that also have some aviation capabilities (carrying UAVs, for example).
If you meant a surface vessel, it'll be the Nordica Class patrol boat. Small, maneuverable vessel that packs a heavy punch.
If you mean most heavily armed, it'll be the Bear Bear Class Guided Missile Destroyer, with over one hundred assorted missiles.
If you mean the flagship, the honor goes to HMTS Pride of Teddy, which is a Luxurious II - class aircraft carrier, one of the two in the Navy.

Sathera's Primary Warship is the Satheran Kriegsschiff mk.XII. It's a bit slow, but it's amazing power and durability far makes up for it's speed.

This is a picture of the first ever made. Nicknamed the "Eisen Kaiser" (Iron Emperor), this specific SKS mk.XII has never been sunk, and is still in service as Sathera's most powerful battleship.

Mine is the Finland class Battleship
it is the largest military ship ever completly constructed
Mounting 12 25in heavy guns in 4 triple turrets with 1in 3in 5in and 8in dual purpose guns(WWII) and numerous missle batteries(post vietnam)
also mounting torpedo tubes both below and above deck it is a bristling weapons platform
Defended by 30in of deck armour made from classified materials and with strong underwater submarine RESISTANT armour it can take up 2 torpeados to the same spot and still be intact (the 3rd one will get through though)
cruising just over 35 knots it can out run most dreadnaughts that remain in enemy navies
but since new Dragovichland aircraft carriers are emerging it is becoming obslete

Hate to break it to ya, but 1 or 2 modern destroyers could hammer that into scrap metal with SSM's at their leisure while remaining considerably out of range of your weapons.

Also, for something of the size you describe you would need engines the size of Long Island to get it up to even 30 knots, let alone the 35 you claim.
