Grottiponia Island is the nicest view in Grittonia, except for the Islands where the 666 Nuke the Island Program has been.

Matsu-wa wrote:(a description is good, but a picture is worth 1,000 words)

But it's quicker to write a thousand words than to search the Internet for an appropriate picture. And a thousand words load faster than a picture. These bloody-awful picture threads are impossible to see with my connection.

Anyway, one of the most scenic views in Fatatatutti is from the 'Quarterdeck', above the rooftops of McAleskie House, on a hill above the city of Fatatatutti.

To the east is the city of Fatatatutti, the capitol and largest city of Fatatatutti. If you squint your eyes just right, you can almost convince yourself that you see the coconut grove where Parliament meets and the Tim Horton's across the street.

To the north is the blue Pacific. You can see the ships entering and leaving the port of Fatatatutti but you can't see the submarines guarding it.

To the west is the beach, more than a thousand kilometers long, scenic with or without girls, with or without bikinis. Of course, you can't see the girls or the bikinis from McAleskie House but there is a steep and treacherous path for you to go down for a closer look.

To the south is the jungle, called 'the bush' by Fatatatutians, millions of square kilometers of hills and trees, haunted by wild boars and paratroopers.

So the view from McAleskie House is a microcosm of Fatatatutti, a little taste of everything except the food. But when the wind is right, you can smell the MREs.

The Edinburgh star system, one of the Barrier systems in Bretonia, is widely considered (by Bretonians anyway) to be one of the most dazzling vistas in the galaxy. It is also home to Planet Gaia, a jungle planet that has resisted industrial development and permanent settlements, leaving it virtually untouched aside from some limited coastal resorts.

Your typical holiday agent's brochure:

Image
[Luxury Liner Hawaii in orbit of Gaia, with one of the purple nebulae of Edinburgh behind it.]

"Grime and crime getting you down?

Tired of spending your days in a dingy office, or a cramped factory?

Want some sparkle in your life?

Orbital Spa and Cruise proudly presents HMCS Hawaii, the most luxurious and technologically advanced interstellar luxury liner known to exist in seven universes!

Bathe yourself in gold-trimmed opulence, as you gaze out of the vast windows at the majestic nebulae of the Edinburgh star system! Hues of green and purple perform a dazzling dance around a golden star like a living work of art painted across the cosmos! Daily excursions are launched into these nebulae, where you can literally immerse yourself in one of nature's most beautiful wonders!

Looking for a more down-to-ground experience? HMCS Hawaii orbits Planet Gaia, a lush tropical world untouched by man or beast! With development of the world restricted by government mandate, our daily ground trips allow you to experience the most natural environment in the galaxy - authentic fresh air, heavenly purple skies, and flowering greenery abound!

If you're less interested in nature and more interested in pampering, of course you can also book a stay in one of the most exclusive holiday resorts in Bretonia. Surrounded by beautiful blue ocean and golden sands on one side, and deep greens and reds on the other, you won't know which way to turn to admire the view.

Escape the acid rains of urban New London; depart from the desolate wastelands of Leeds; and treat yourself to a fortnight in Edinburgh - nature's muse!

Now only Bc-700 per day!

Lake Wanakahulawiloliwiduch.
Image
When the sun sets, the scene becomes a beautiful sight. Little people see this view, although fisher men and couples on a romantic evening enjoy it. The lake is located on a small island near Li', and only a handful of people visit it every year.

Mount Wijokowskilimanholi
Image
The home of the Spec' Ops', the training facility doesn't exist to the public. As millions come each year, this national park is manages by the DEG (Dimoniquid Enviornmental Government). The valued workers help preserve the scenery and animals, for the amount of climbers each day erodes it's natural beauty.

Coast Wannahooloo
Image
The coast becomes very popular at night, due to lights and restaurants lighting up the scene. From a hill, the coast is visible, and the lights shine like diamonds, and the sea glistens in moon light, hanging on to every word that the moon sings.

I'd rather Write about it...

Melmont Point is a beautiful cliff view of the tropical beaches of Sorgan. It is kept cool from the hot sun by it's amazing amount of palms and springs along with exotic wild life that inhabit the many springs and waterfalls. The cliff itself is very stable and mostly mad of a strong sandstone like rock that gives the beach's sand it's beautiful look. During the night the cliff and sand sparkle in the moon light topping off any tourists vacation. Many restaurants wanted to build a sandbar or a small snack bar but where refused. The water itself is clear blue like any tropic area. The sea life is exotic and colorful along with the many people that inhabit the country. All in all Melmont point is somewhere you cannot miss on your trip to Sorgan. But the strange thing about Sorgan is the Tropic temperature even though it is a mainland country.

Another area would have to be Lake Greg. Towards Southern Sorgan where it gets a little colder. The average temperature is pretty low and can reach 56 Degrees Fahrenheit. The water is cold and glassy which makes it beautiful. The mountain overlooking the lake tops of the beauty of the cold view. The water is usually accompanied by sailors, fishers, swimmer, divers, crabbers, and many others. Although, swimming is not favored by many due to the very cold water.
