Ivulian Overlord Elections

[Ivulia]

Note, Ivulia has a "winner takes it all" style of democracy. The single largest candidate wins the election as Supreme Overlord of the Rogue State of Ivulia. Questions can be sent to candidates, of course.


The candidates, their parties and their policies:

M. Bison

Political Party: Bison Party
Main election promises:
- Intends to create an army of super-soldiers to conquer the world.
- Intends to promote peace by conquering anyone in our way.
- Intends to establish himself as supreme ruler of all of Ivulia, protectorates and the world in general.


Dr. Evil

Political Party: Independent
Main election promises:
- Will create a strong national defence by replacing the coast guard with sharks with frikking laser beams attached to their skulls.
- Will reduce the deficit by extorting money from foreign governments using the Giant Moon Laser.
- Will increase funding towards counter-espionage matters, to protect Ivulia from nefarious foreign spies dirupting our plots.


Kane

Political Party: Brotherhood of Nod
Main election promises:
- Is going to employ any means necessary to aquire more Tiberium for Ivulia.
- Is going to strike against the wealthy nations of the world.
- Is going to establish the Brotherhood as the national religious organisation of Ivulia.


Yuri

Political Party: Yuri Party
Main election promises:
- I am Yuri. I will take over the minds and souls of the world.
- I am Yuri. Obey me.
- I am Yuri. Vote for me.


Snidely Whiplash

Political Party: Rails and Damsels Party
Main election promises:
- Mandatory and free appointments to the barber, nyah!
- Increase railway funding, nyah!
- Tie up damsels to railway tracks, nyah!


Dr. Robotnik

Political Party: Independent
Main election promises:
- Establish self as an Evil Supreme Overlord over all of Ivulia.
- Institute Badnik slavery as a cheap alternative to child labour.
- KILL THAT HEDGEHOG!


Mr. Burns

Political Party: The Excellent Party
Main election promises:
- Will close off the sun from Ivulia.
- End all green energy projects and oil drilling in favour of nuclear power.
- Cut taxes on the wealthiest 0.001%.


Dalek Supreme

Political Party: Dalek Party
Main election promises:
- EX-TER-MIN-ATE!
- REMOVE ALL STAIRS!
- SUB-JU-GATE ALL INFEEEERIOR SPEEECIEES!


The Joker

Political Party: Smiling Party
Main election promises:
- Abolish all laws!
- Put a smile on everyone's face!
- Abolish all asylums and jails!


Big Brother

Main election promises:
- War with Eurasia/Eastasia!
- A telescreen in every home, and safe streets for our people!
- Increase revolutionary jackboot production!

We believe that Doktor Robotnik is the best choice. He can help the robotic sciences and industry, which he seems to like a lot, curb the overpopulation of small mammals, and replacing child labor with robot-animal-thing slaves is a good goal as well. Plus, he probably isn't going to come after our planet with a vengeance.
