Drugs, alcohol, and adultery are allowed in Daegukgi for adults above 24 years old who already know what to do with their mind, body, and soul. Most of them already know that drugs, alcohol, and adultery are immoral things which give bad karma and they attempt to avoid these acts anyway they can.

Alcohol in Centropyge is fully legal, though hard liquor is sold only through government-operated or licensed/chartered stores.

Recreational drug use in Centropyge is mostly illegal. The only exceptions are a few local drugs that are believed to be non-addictive, and these are sold alongside hard liquor at government-operated or licensed stores.

Fornication between an adult and a minor younger than sixteen is illegal. Marriage between an adult and a minor younger than sixteen is, however, legal with the consent of the minor's parents. Sexual relations in public places is generally forbidden by law, with some exceptions such as isolated South Centropygan beaches, extensive forest or mountain parks, and sparsely-populated small islands. Fornication between two minors and between two adults is not forbidden by law, but is a cultural taboo in this conservatively Christian state. Homosexual sexual intercourse, however, is illegal but rarely punished.

Adultery is a criminal offense, as it is considered a grave breach of the marriage contract.

Alcohol is allowed so long as it is used in moderation. Drug usage carries a heavy prison term, and sex outside of marriage carries the death penalty. Homosexuality and other unnatural sexual practices carry the death penalty too.

This pretty much describes both the legal status as well as cultural attitude toward these things in Dagnia. There are a few differences though. We are guided by a system of morals that includes beliefs similar to, but not exactly like karma. The age of majority for almost all things is 20 and as for sexual consent, the prefectures determine that age and it can be as low as 14 or as high as 20.

All are legal, to a varying extent. Drugs are limited and strictly regulated, and alchohol is taxed. Fornification isn't popular, but how should we know - we don't have a secret police to stalk people, you know. The National Police have better things to do.

no entity, nor instrument, of governance, shall make any statute or ordinance, prohibiting the possession by any competent individual, of any artifact or substance.

says so. right there in our constitution.

as for what anyone "goes to bed with", where, when or how often, is not the business nor concern of government. nor the degree of formality or informality of their emotional, spiritual, and or material relationships.
(that's not the exact legal language, of course, but expresses, i think pretty clearly, the general idea)

government MAY however, restrict or prohibit the sale, importation, or mass production, of any artifact or substance, a 2/3rds majority of the entire voting population wishes it to do so.
(currently these include percussion/ballistic fire arms, and combustion propelled personal vehicles (the former being unnecessary and generally considered obsolete, the latter, owing to prevailing conditions and natural circumstances, of the entire planet of lananara, not entirely practical anyway))

Alcohol is legal, but strictly regulated. It is illegal to serve someone more alcohol if they're close to becomming intoxicated. Occasional drinking is generally accepted and practised by the majority of the population. Heavy drinking, most often with the intention of become "wasted" is generally frowned upon.

The only recreational drug that is legalised is cannabis. Cannabis for recreational use is only legal when used within one's home. It must be within the persons house (or apartment). It is not tolerated when used in, for example, one's backyard. The popular culture of cannabis use (as in, the "420" culture) is looked down upon and actually hindered the legalisation of the drug for private recreational use. The drug is also used for medical uses. Tobacco is decriminalised.

Fornication is not permitted in public. The age of consent for fornication is sixteen. If a someone aged between sixteen and eighteen is involved, then all parties must be in that same age range and must have consented. After the coming of age (at eighteen), as long as all parties have consented and are over the age of eighteen, than it is perfectly legal. Fornication with animals and with a corpse is prohibited, as neither an animal nor a corpse can consent.

We don't have any. I talked to the bean counters some time ago when we were discussing drugs, man told me that the heroin has the potential to make more than the produce , meat, and school supplies industries combined. Surprisingly enough, the then fired bean counter was right, hell he was more than right, we had to invent new industries to add to the pile of industries that had to be combined so we could contrast their ineptitude to the economic prowess of the heroin industry.

Alcohol has always been legal, good industry, but it's not as powerful as the heroin industry.

But fornication; people won't listen to us when we tell them that killing their mother for heroin money isn't a good idea, we definitively can't tell them what they can't do with other people at the heroin den in the Morlian slums. The sanctity of what goes between two people in that cot is between them and the big guy upstairs--because the den owner is the one who makes the rules, and we're okay with that.

Drugs, fornication, and alcohol are legal. The state does not entertain such petty regulations.

There are no age nor distribution limits nor requirements on drugs nor alcohol, nor does the state regulate marriage or the relationships of it's citizens.

These things are called 'private lives'- which are private.

Drugs: Well, cocaine is illegal. Meth is heavily illegal, heroin is illegal. Marjuana isn't. It really depends on the effects of the drugs.

Alcohol: Not illegal. It's mildly reglulated, and it's not legal until the age of 22. Alcohol can cause heavy losses in civilians through driving under the influence, of course it's regulated!

Fornication: Heavily regulated, and sex before marriage is illegal.

Drugs that are illegal are Heroin, Cocaine and other lesser used drugs. However, possession charges typically involve no jail time - rather rehabilitation courses covered by the National Health Bureau.

Fornication and Alcohol are not restricted. Age of consent is 16 and the age after which you can legally drink and buy alcohol is 18.
Look up my Factbook, it's snazzy

Soft drugs are generally legal or decriminalized. Hard drugs are controlled and generally not legal to possess, at least not in large amounts. Trafficking of hard drugs is felony.

Alcohol is legal and there are no restrictions except that no person under the age of 18 may purchase or consume alcohol without parental permission and even then only those above the age of 14 may consume or purchase alcoholic beverages.

Sex outside of wedlock is entirely legal but frowned upon. Additionally, prostitution is in theory legal, as there are no laws that explicitly allow or ban the practice.

Drugs, with the exceptions of cannabis, psilocybin mushrooms, peyote/mescaline, LSD, tobacco and caffeine are illegal. Penalties increase with the amount you have. For example, having a bit of "personal use" will generally only get you a criminal citation to appear in a drug rehabilitation program and a fine, whereas having enough to supply multiple people is a serious crime and will land you in prison. The idea is to punish the dealers and rehabilitate the addicts.

Sexual relationships involving paedophilia, rape or public fornication are expressly illegal. Otherwise, people are free do what they want to who they want.

Alcohol must be sold from a licensed establishment and you have to be 16 to purchase and consume.
