Yes. In fact, the President herself was in the Navy as a Captain from 2040 until 2048.

Yes, but only in administrative and technician capacities. With the advent of gene-modification technology, however, this may change. The primary reasons for keeping women out of combat were their lower overall strength and lack of testosterone which can cause the adrenal glands to go into overdrive in a crisis situation. With the ability to change this, Griemvarant may see female soldiers on the front lines within a few generations.

Yes, but the nation's Infantry and Navy military organizations have been accused of having a, "Boy's club" attitude at various points throughout the last decade. Thus, it is much more common to find women serving in the Bisi Air Force, Space Force, Marines, and Coast Guard.

Particularly skilled women are often recruited heavily by the various Bisi secret operations organizations. It is widely believed that there are substantially more female Bisi spies than male.

Women have served in the Marshite military for over 5,000 years. Indeed, they make up 52% of the military- the same percentage as in the general population. The military makes no distinction of gender in the armed forces- same units, same uniforms with basic differences regarding body type, same jobs. Post-Shift, there is no functional military difference between men and women in the Marshite military.

Women are allowed to serve in our military. The military was traditionally all female, in the belief that men were the weaker sex. In fact, men were not allowed to serve in combat roles until around 20 years ago. Now, the percentage of women in the armed forces is around 82%.

Women have served in the United States Military since the 200 Division Army of 1945 used to invade the Japanese Home Islands. It was a generally terrible time. They have served with distinction in both noncombat and combat roles since, however the formal introduction into combat roles would not come until 1987.

The Republic of Arorangi has no military, as security is the responsibility of the well-armed Arorangi Police Service. Women are allowed to serve in the Arorangi Police Service (including armed units) and serve alongside men.

Women and men are legally equal in Kuominwave, and therefore a Kuominwavean citizen, regardless of their gender being male or female, is able to join any military branch in any position if they meet all of the qualifications.

However, women are generally not as buff as men in Kuominwave and generally more often choose a non-combat role, so it is more likely for one to find a woman in a technician role than on the front lines.

═───╡❖╞────────═ WOMEN IN THE FREEHOLD DEFENCE FORCES ═────────╡❖╞───═

Women are not and have never been permitted to serve in the armed forces of the Senate and Freeborn Landholders of Ephyra. This law was affirmed as part of the therissa Gorgosī, a series of laws and other reforms during the Great War against Russia (waged between 1940 and 1946), as well as other reforms made during the tenure of Anomedes Gorgosios Lenaleos Asalinos, Archon for that decade.

Military service is firmly established as a male duty only, and it is the official position of the Ephyral government that any state that permits female participation in the military is demographically suicidal, as women are necessary for the continuation of the people and the state through childbirth, and every woman lost in combat is dozens and dozens of future descendants wiped from existence.

There is a history of women fighting however and contributing to war efforts, particularly before the modern age and during sieges, where the women of a threatened city might dig defensive trenches or raise barricades to save the men's energy for battle, or where they take up what weapons they can and ambush enemy forces in the streets. These latter cases are rare and desperate examples, and whilst the commitment of these women to the immediate preservation of their country has never gone unnoticed, it has never been policy for women to be trained in combat.

The argument of tradition is easily supported by an argument of biology, that in upper and lower body strength capacity women are simply weaker than men, and as the military budget cannot simply be increased to accommodate a double-size force with women, it must necessarily come to pass that women replace men leaving the service. This will inevitably cause a weakness in the fighting strength of the military. Slower female reaction times to visual and audio stimuli also present issues, as well as problems of a sexual nature between soldiers.

Whilst women play no active role therefore in the armed services directly, women do have interaction with the military. Medical personnel assigned to the military are not considered enlisted, and can be comprised of female nurses and doctors typically of Lykosian (partial citizen) or metic (non-citizen) background. Prostitution taking place around military camps by women is also a tolerated practice so long as it is confined to brothels, which have been funded and run by the state for reasons of high interest. Such women are considered related to the military if not part of it, and are known as 'barrack whores'.

Outside of these services; medical and sexual, women have no place within the military and are denied entry to any military installation save for authorisation by relevant officials.

We are a peace loving nation so we have no military but we do have magical girls if you are referring to individuals skilled in combat. Approximately 100% of magical girls are lesbians too.

All people sacrifice blood, sweat, and tears in the Deustopian military regardless of race, gender, and machine or human origins . For it is one of the few establishments that treats everyone, including temporary slaves, equally as a valued member.

Women are allowed to serve in all branches of the armed forces as enlisted personnel and commissioned officers, either in a civilian or combat role.

When it comes to conscription in Akrafjall, women are not currently subject to conscription; but a woman can attend a conscription day and voluntarily enlist.

The answer is yes, especially now that both men and women between the ages of 18 and 35 are required to perform 2 years of National Service. Most positions within the military are open to them.

Every Tankman or Tankwoman is required to serve in our military and are guided towards their own proficiency and put with other people who share that proficiency. We Tankmen do not belive in some folly invented by people who believe women belong between an oven and a fist, because if we did, we'd be exploited for the weakness of seeing women as somehow separate of men in some meaningful way outside the limits of their species by women of the opposing nation and would fall to that fool's errand of male supremacy.

Women are equally if not more capable, a fact. To dismiss women's military prowess as a result of them having vaginas is not only immature but destructive in its advocacy of social disintegrity and division, being why sexism is not only looked down upon with ridicule, but also with scorn and intent to destroy it from among Tankie population, as it is a weakness of a population with no scientifically discernible redeeming factors. Sexism is a property of inferior nations and exists as a weakness to be exploited by superior nations like ours.

Women are allowed to serve but are typically put in non-combative roles. Women are also held to the same stanards of men if they choose to join. Typically women are more common in the air force, and they don't serve separately from men. If going into the military you will be treated like everyone else, no exceptions.
