Women are not barred from any job in the army, however the physical standards are much high than that of the other three branches. As a result there is a much lower percentage of women in combat arms MOS' than men. Special operations and elite forces are even more one sided with females only making up around 37% of both groups

And yes, women are allowed to serve. They are conscripted at the age of 20 and train for 6 months, after which they are given choice of whether to serve professionally or in reserves. In reserve and patrol units men and women are integrated, active units are segregated.
