women are ,under most cases, not employed by our government's defense system. they may work at agencies that would be equal to the CIA or NSA, but in the military? no. they can, however, work as a non-combatting units such as a nurse, doctor, cook, etc. women have been employed as spies and the such, where they may have to do some fighting or form of defense.
