Yes, in fact due to the compact nature of our IFVs' and tanks' crew compartments the vast majority of tank and IFV crew are female. The maximum height is about 5'3" or 5'4", you can join the armoured corps if you are taller, but will have a hell of a time passing if you can barely fit in your vehicle.
