I: Introduction
The Empire of Romea is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 10 million are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 45%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Door-to-door Insurance Sales.
The nation is ravaged by daily union strikes, the government is seen to favor Catholics, all major public areas are watched by police surveillance cameras, and bicyclists are banned from major roads. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Romea's national animal is the Wolf, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Denarii.

IV:History
In approximately 830 B.C a small tribe emerged on the banks of the Deus, the small tribe by the name of Rom. During the next century the Rom thrived. They were prospering due to the large amounts of farmland and advances in technology, military wise and economy wise. The Kingdom of Romea was born in 750 B.C and under the rule of King Nero the supreme military of Romea conquered the neighbouring provinces of Dalmatica, Galatia and Norico which created the first empire. The empire remained unchallenged and evolved into a superpower in the region. The empire expanded throughout the region until 120 B.C when other regional powers invaded and re conquered their lost lands. When Romea was at it's territorial peak in 230 A.D it controlled almost 1/3 of the region and in the next 3 centuries after the death of the last heir to Nero's bloodline died war ravaged the empire and rebellions in all regions of the empire erupted; all looked lost for the ancient empire until a general, Decimus Julius who was the commander of the emperor's legion and his personal bodyguard led the Romean loyalists to re capture the capital city of Rom and re establish the empire. Ever since the end of the Romean crisis the second empire has been strong.

The Military Structure of Romea:
Army: The Romean Army is the most important branch in the eyes of the emperor and therefore is the most well funded and trained branch of all regular military forces. The total population of the army is 200,000.
There are 4 Legions in the Romean army.
Each Legion:
Navy: The Romean Navy is small because of Romea's small coastline. It is a small force but is elite.
The Romean Navy consists of:
Air Force:The Romean Air Force is strong for it's size and is mostly based on the Romean coast with smaller bases inland.
The Romean Air Force consists of:
Romean Special Forces:There are 3 Romean Special forces Cohort's.
The Emperor's Guard consists of 1500 veteran soldiers handpicked by the Commander of the guard Quintus Corvinus.
The Romean Parachute Cohort consists of 5000 elite soldiers trained to parachute behind enemy lines.
Romean Foreign Legion consists of 10,000 Romean and Foreign soldiers who are charged with defending the Empire's foreign possessions.

Emperor: Supreme leader of Romea and it's Dominions
Senate: Advisors to the emperor
Governors: political leaders of each regional capital who carry out the Emperor's orders within their region
Regional council: each region contains a council which are the staff of the Governor's of each region
Nobles: the upper class which holds most positions within the government
Patricians: The middle class, the average Romean citizen which owns most businesses, corporations and agricultural assets in the empire
Plebian: The lower class which usually works in the industries of the empire such as the agriculture, mining, construction etc.
Senate: Advisors to the emperor

Regional council: each region contains a council which are the staff of the Governor's of each region
Nobles: the upper class which holds most positions within the government
Patricians: The middle class, the average Romean citizen which owns most businesses, corporations and agricultural assets in the empire
Plebian: The lower class which usually works in the industries of the empire such as the agriculture, mining, construction etc.
The Emperor position is always controlled by the current holder of the title who chooses his heir to the imperial throne.
The Senate is made up of the elder nobles which numbers in the hundreds but had it's own ranking system.
The Governor's are made up of ex generals and members of the imperial family.
Nobles are those which have relation to the imperial bloodline or are made noble by the senate (this is very rare).
Patricians are the average citizen who control the economy of the empire and employ the Plebian class to work for them.
Plebians are the workers of the empire and are mostly people who have come from different countries all over the region.
