This is one of the most commonly asked questions regarding TurtleShroomer law.

WE HAVE PROHIBITION, PEOPLE. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED.

The production, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages is quite legal in Kiravia. It had better be, as it accounts for 6% of our GDP.

Kiravians are primarily beer-drinking, but the main alcoholic beverage varies by ethnic group. Geldican Coscivian groups drink beer and iscëvaþa (similar to whiskey), along with a host of different malt liquors. Gentaric Coscivian groups drink beer. Eastern Coscivians drink beer. Iatic Coscivians and other Southern Coscivians are primarily wine-drinking, but East Iatic groups also drink a great deal of beer.

Aboriginal Kirhavites drink like Geldicans for the most part, but some of the more traditional tribes in the west have their own beverages fermented from local plants.

Antepelagic peoples don't tolerate alcohol well, and Indo-Aryan Tartarystanis are predominantly Muslim. As such, neither group drinks much.

Kiravians detest the consumption of straight vodka, though they do make use of it in mixed drinks.

Completely legal. Always has, always will be. There is no restriction on the age of consumption, but you can buy beer and wine when you are 16, and stronger spirits when you are 18.
The Reytha love all forms of alcohol, but Reytha vodka is quite exquisite.

2. legal drinking age? You have to be 15 to purchase alcohol. How old do you have to be to drink it, is entirely up to your mothers.

2. legal drinking age? 14 to purchase and drink alone, but it is legal to buy for people under that age, and many people do.
