From what I recall, Iraq hasn't been a dictatorship since 2005; it's actually a federal parliamentary republic. Technically.

Anyway, YellowApple is better described as a single corporation, headed by an autocrat who chose to create a system of petition and referendum to allow the citizens of his nation to influence YellowApplan law. So sort of like Iraq, but without the rampant corruption.
