What do the citizens of the Yohannesian Commonwealth think of the Dh'arconian Empire?

Well, this is a really interesting question Carta.

To put it simply, most Commonwealth citizens are divided into three mainstream group

• Upper class
• Upper-middle class
• Working class

Citizens which are categorised within the "Upper class" group tend to view the Milogradian state with awe.. yet disgust. This is due to the fact that the Milogradian Union has proven itself as one of the very few states which is more than capable of controlling its population in a metaphorical entrenchment resembling that of an iron grip.. yet was able for such a periodically long time to consolidate its immense extraterritorial sovereignties throughout the multiple continental regions of the world; some examples being that of Gholgoth, where mainland Milograd is located within, Judea, Xanadou and Sondria (and not counting the others that they may not have known of).

On the other hand, the upper class group tend to acquire a deep, broad knowledge of the world they live upon. As such, they know of the various despicable, understandably censored heavily, offensive actions against humanity which the Milogradian government has perpetrated towards its very own people. They do understand however, that it is of none of their business to judge the Milogradian state and its people too much, due to the very matter of the fact that as an isolationist state, Milograd has the right to do as it wish without the very udgement of other nationalities and/or governmental entities.

The upper-middle class group are close-minded. They tend not to understand that the Milogradian state evolved over generations expanding far and back historically, and its people (and government) are as a result by-product of this very historical scroll itself.

They tend to judge "Milogradians are backward people, they should've rise against their government, and acquire the very basic of their everyday's right(s)".

Yet these Yohannesians do not know the very deep societal grip which the Milogradian state hold upon its people, and the resulting consequences of such a consolidated entrenchment for a very, very long time.

The upper-class middle class are ignorant Yohannesians, which do not have a very positive view of Milograd, and tend to judge a book by its cover; without looking deep and hard at the back chapters which one may found within the said book.

The working class Yohannesians most commonly has never travelled outside the nineteen nations, or even the region of Xanadou.... let alone Gholgoth, or any other continental regions outside the Xanadou region.

As a result, all they know about Milograd so far are mostly revolving around the fact that:

• The Milogradian people are an isolationist bunch of people (and its government as well)
• The Milogradian people are not oppressed (as they did not know the extend of how deep the state's grip has reached the country's society and people in overall. Understandably these are heavily censored by the Milogradian government and as a result one may not know of it all within the nineteen nations.
  
  Only those which travels far and wide outside the nineteen nations will have an inkling of what Milograd is trully like).

Both of us has never interacted in a considerable way IC-wise, and thus I do not think that the citizens of the Yohannesian Commonwealth (nor the Commonwealth Government and/or any major trading, organisational and/or bureaucratic entities within the Commonwealth) acknowledge the existence of Nirvash Type TheEND in this vast world.

A diplomatic path of neutrality and pragmatism, colonial white minority rule for the benefit of the sovereign state as an entity to which everyone (including blacks and coloured Yohannesians) may be proud about, and the non-ideological, political pragmatist-led expansion of commerce & trade globally.

The most well-known (and some say notorious) governmental detachment (unsubordinated to the HM Royal Armed Forces) is that of the CCBC agency (its bureaucratic side-traits resulted in its tendency to be regarded as a complex sub-governmental agency by various foreign governments). The CCBC, which stands for "Civil & Cooperation Bureau of the Commonwealth, is a governmental sponsored hit squad which specialised in various political and social targets, such as that of vehemently unwanted political activists, blacks and asiatics (including coloureds) notable figurative individuals overseas.

The CCBC do simultaneously and covertly aided the governments in various domestic native & non-whites migration programmes, "assisting" the government in its attempt to ultimately relocate unwanted non-whites from potential agricultural and/or commercial plots designated for white Yohannesians.
