Ponies, including Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth Ponies. While technically the Unicorns and Pegasi are aristocratic classes, it's very informal, and the three races tend to treat each other as equals.
Sea Ponies. They consider themselves equal to regular ponies, and in their aquatic habitat, no one really disputes this.
Breezies (notional, as they exist mainly in stories--no pony has seen one in living memory).
Non-Pony "free" hoofed animals, including Zebras, Buffalo, and others. While technically having the same rights as Ponies, they're generally considered second-class citizens.
Talking "free" non-hoofed animals, including (civilized) Dragons, Gryphons, and others. Second-class citizens by law, most are kept as indentured servants.
Talking "slave" hoofed animals, including Cows, Sheep, and Pigs. Earth ponies keep these races in bondage on their farms, exacting their milk, wool and waste (as fertilizer) for their room and board.
Non-talking "critters". Animals in Equestria tend to be more "sapient" than in other nations, even those races that do not talk. The best and brightest of these are kept as pets, the remainder are looked after and protected from the many dangers "wild" critters would face.
Monsters: In the untamed parts of Equestria are numerous large, dangerous, and utterly uncivilized animals, including uncivilized dragons, manticores, hydras, cockatrices, and a hose of other nasties. Equestria is, in fact, an extremely dangerous place for the unwary, and much effort is made to keep the "civilized" parts of the nation safe from the occasional marauding monster.

This is the best social class system ever.
Ours is essentially similar tough everyone is theoretically equal.
Though we would suggest the terms 'wild' and 'domesticated' rather than 'free' and 'slave.'
