So were guessing the ban of personal finance on campaigns is to allow say, a billionaire and a middle class person an equal chance at campaigning?
That is exactly the reason. As a result our Royal Legislature has some of the poorest members of society representing the people as well as some of the wealthiest. Truly representative.

At least it's not a bunch of sleazeball wealthy old farts sitting on their clout waiting for their retirement benefits they helped to pass.

Thank goodness for term limits. Those sleazeballs get in and out in one full swoop. No career politicking here!

It's still just spewing ash... for now. But it has caused closures of all airports, and has made Darkaan a literal ash covered ghost town for miles around the volcano.

Is it expected to affect water supplies, considering it is dry season in Maraque?

In a year when experts were optimistic about the water levels this certainly has them skeptical that will happen now when the widespread devastation finally hits. Most are more concerned about the affect it will have on the woodlands than anything else, as the animals will be the worst off in this disaster, so to speak.

"A person has the right to live in adequate living accommodations independent of their ability."
What does Maraque define as "adequate living accommodations"? Also, what does that mean? Are the poor provided with free/subsidised housing?

Adequate living conditions mean a living space with fully working utilities, clean and safe for human habitation, and no less than 144 square feet.

"The poor" are not given free/subsidized housing. Each individual case is investigated and some - not all - are given housing based on need. Generally they are given assistance in other ways so they can remain in their current residence rather than go into government housing.

And it means that it sets a standard for the basic living accommodations that all are entitled. No apartment for sale or rent may fall below this standard.

Are surgeries to repair dislocated tendons that could be repaired in a longer period with therapy covered under the RHS?
No, we are not obsessed with Maple Syrup. Speaking of that, Would you like some 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup? We have a surplus this year.

Absolutely. Therapy is always the default option if available, but the patient always has the choice in the end, and surgery will be covered.

Ah, so is it accurate to say those surgeries that are not covered are those that are elective and have no medical treatment/correction value?

Some "elective" surgeries are covered, such as facial reconstruction after an accident or perhaps as a result of being born with a deformity. As they are considered life altering and seen to increase one's quality of life they are covered. Surgeries in that vain are covered; otherwise such surgeries are not.

You could say that those have correction value, however.

Are CPR and First Aid courses impliemented or mandatory in Maraque?

They're required classes to graduate starting in 3rd grade. They are also required classes to graduate in college and university, as well.

You can jump off a bridge if you want, as long as you don't harm anyone in the process.

Same with jumping off skyscrapers - you can do it, but if you harm anyone in the process, 'tis a crime.

We have many spaceports. Suffice to say, aliens visit often. They've yet to be hostile.

We have a defensive plan for many kinds of invasions. Invasions of the alien variety included.

Much like buildings, they must be taken down piece-by-piece, without explosives and other kinds of machinery that may do harm, just like they went up.
