What is (are) the institution(s) n that protects the King/Royal Families called, and what are it's usual day to day and emergency duties?
No, we are not obsessed with Maple Syrup. Speaking of that, Would you like some 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup? We have a surplus this year.

What was the general reaction in Tsvarchi when Syvorji announced that on November 7, 1977 that they would no longer use the name "Maraque," to refer to the city and instead use "Tsvarchi," for all official communication, and likewise with Unified City-States of Maraque changing to Unified City-States of Tsvarchi?

The Royal Families of Tsvarchi don't have a specific security detail, or a security detail at all. When they feel the need for such, a private security firm is hired. Historically, Minotaurs were tasked with the protection of Tsvarchivan Royalty.

They probably wondered why they felt the need to change Unified to United, for seemingly no good reason.

1|| Whats the view of a Trotocracy?
Trotocracy literally means “Above and below” in the old Deusan language, as such this above and below pertains to the common belief that those born above the soil are hence above, divine in their own right. As those born below, in filth, in poverty, or just below the soil are hence blow, worthless and worthy only of eternal enslavement to the above. Trotocracy preaches that the lower man is equal to all other lower man, that they all should be treated the same, as propriety and dirt. The ideology teaches that those above are to be hailed as demi-gods by the below.

However Trotocracy also speaks of giving each his own due, to the above of course. As such, those who show the four key merits of wisdom, intelligence, loyalty and piety are thus excelled further up into society, those who do not are pushed down further down the ladder, some being pushed down to the underground. Survival of the fittest also plays a role within the merit system. A Trotocracy should be should always be ruled by a counsel of three. One for the the three base merits of said nation.

2|| What is the view of the Caelumist Satanist faith? Is it legal to practice the necessary cannibalism, sacrifice and torture within your nation?

The government doesn't have the right to take control of individual companies unless the company in question has asked for a bailout, in which case the government retains partial control until all debts are repaid, or when the business in question has disregarded the law or regulations and is deemed not responsible enough to retain its right to private management.

1. Trotocracy conflicts greatly with the Tsvarchivan indigenous belief of Xanthaiyanism which stipulates no such social classes, especially not a system that actively promotes the notion of "us vs them" or those below are worse than those above, hence those above are worthy of praise of demi-god proportions. Horrible philosophy in this nation's opinion.

2. The Maraquean Bill of Rights & Freedoms guarantees the right to freedom of religion, given that said religion is not indulging in otherwise illegal practices. Cannibalism is legal with informed consent by a person of sound mind, as is sacrifice, but torture is patently illegal.

On June 18, 1943 when the Royal Legislature voted to enact legislation to stop recognizing marriage Tsvarchi's religious community was outraged, and congregated throughout the streets of the capital in a protest that was 87 million people.

Tsvarchi, since technically Maraque is an improper identifier of the people of the Unified City-States of Tsvarchi; Maraque only identifies the Unified City-States if they include the overseas territories and boroughs.
