Five boroughs (Estakuri, Rikiyan, Darkaan, Atrulia, and Cuerak) have royal family representation. Tizutri and Stahnasuk are the only boroughs in Tsvarchi which do not have a royal representative. We dispute this claim that one of our citizens has tried to enter the Empire. Creating a labor union is a constitutionally protected right whether they are a relatively large and organized labor union or a small and less organized one. All of them. The bulk by police officers and members of the militia (both of which are given a standard issue upon successful membership into the Advisories).
