Well since we cannot verify or determine whether or not this man is indeed a citizen or permanent resident of Tsvarchi we feel as though this was just a ploy of the Glorious Empire to spark an international incident against a longtime foe. As such, we will sadly lay the accusations to rest.

Creating a labor union is a constitutionally protected right whether they are a relatively large and organized labor union or a small and less organized one. There is literally a labor union for every job out there.

Labor unions are usually split into regional unions with a central headquarters. Each regional union has an elected union leader and representatives who bargain with the employers of the union members to at the very least achieve a compromise on wages, conditions, and other desires. Approval of agreements depends on either a simple majority vote or a 2/3 vote. Consensus is also practiced on rare occasions.

Some unions charge a fee for membership, others don't.

East Jordanian firearms laws are extremely lax. The drunk and the insane are barred from purchasing guns, and a handful of cities require a license to carry one in the streets, but nothing much else, really, apart from that. We prize the people's rights beyond a false sense of added security.

The concept of concealed carriage is viewed differently in various places. In some areas, mostly urban communities, even if the law does not require it, it is regarded as a courteous behavior to keep it neatly concealed. Your firearm, that is. It is still viewed by many as irresponsible not to carry one, or at least have some basic education.

In most rual areas, however, the people just don't see a need. Heck, the Rural Police carry assault rifles in their Hummers.

All of them. The bulk by police officers and members of the militia (both of which are given a standard issue upon successful membership into the Advisories).
