That, and in YellowApplan English (i.e. ICly), "sentient equine" is the "politically correct" term, despite the actual definitions, as the YellowApplan definition of "sentient" refers to full subjectivity, which has not been demonstrated (as least to YellowApplan knowledge) in any species not considered to have "human" complex behaviors; YellowApplan "sentience" refers specifically to abstract senses and feelings that are not directly influenced by external stimuli (in other words, it only refers to "abstract qualia", which in YellowApplan English basically means any qualia not related to the world outside one's consciousness).

The Kingdom of Azrkyrtovaken have never meet or have any population of such four legged creatures in all, thus current stance of the Kingdom towards them are inscrutable. Although, if they do visit the Kingdom, some personnel from Lythen Tirhum will keep a close watch on them, like any other foreign entities. Mind that this is written in a style as if they're merely visiting the Kingdom and not actually staying in the Kingdom permanently given the Kingdom never met or have any population of such creatures before.

Not sure about their rights, they will only be treated like an outsider, given basic right of protection from the Kingdom unless they break the laws of the Kingdom. Trying to spread 'Ponyism' within the Kingdom however will risk them a bit of interrogation from Lythen personnel with maximum penalty of banned from entering the Kingdom for indefinite amount of time. We do not welcome foreign influence(s) much and would like to keep the Kingdom stable in all. They might find facilities in the Kingdom a bit lacking for them since all of the facilities are geared towards serving humanoid-based sentient creatures. Thus such creatures are just considered as another race by the Kingdom's view although scholars of Azrkyr might find them interesting to interact with.

My stance is simple; They do not exist!

To be frank, I simply cannot take them seriously. Too damned saccharine for my tastes.

Before the ponies took control, Eadesiopia was a rabbel of native tribes, and capitalist coorperations who wanted to rape the land.

General Pad moved in with a small group of ponies who agreed with his ideals and managed to broker peace between many of the tribes, and the few who wouldn't accept peace, or tried to disrupt it were either moved to newer places, or were stamped out.

Currently Eadesiopia is adopting the path of arcologies, Earth ponies have taken over much of the hard labour within Eadesiopia, and with the aid of Pegasus ponies, agricultural areas such as farming have began to boom. There are still human farmers within each set of farmland however, these men are there to aid the ponies with the more delicate tasks which ponies aren't so suited for. Although tensions run high sometimes the approach general Pad has taken is to get humans and ponies cooperating in every field so as to force interoperation between the species.

Not to forget the Unicorn ponies of course, they have taken on a valuable role of seeking out new raw materials, so far they have managed to find much larger deposits than any of the humans before were able to, and generally have managed to find them in places where, retrieval wouldn't disrupt nature. Many of the human miners are incredibly happy with this development as it has saved them a large amount of unnecessary digging.

Humans are still the dominant species within Eadesiopia, operating the vast majority of stores, save for a few which cater to pony only needs. And even these occasionally have the odd human girl working in them.

The main difficulty thus far has actually been maintaining the rainforests which are near to Eadesiopia, one of the cities main goal is environmentalism, both as part of agreements struck with the tribes which used to occupy the area (and now live within the rainforests) and the ponies.

Another difficulty has been the anti-pony riots occuring within other territories. Eadesiopia was lucky enough to be founded on the principle of cooperation while they were not so fortunate. However this does not remove the threat of an uprising, nobody is ever satisfied with what they have, to counter this there are strict policing laws in effect, CCTV an ever increasing defense budget, ID cards and monitoring the internet. Some may call this dictatorish behavior, but the people of Eadesiopia have accepted it as necessary.

By the last public survey the majority of people are happy with the way things are being run, with the people who are unhappy generally also stating that they understand why this had to be done.
