OOC: CoPS Map Discussion and Claims

Alright, major update to the map, several people uploaded, and slight jiggering with borders and rivers.

Next one should complete the continental geography of North Pony Lands.

Lubyak. If it is not to much trouble. Can I have another North Pony Lands Overseas Territory. This one shall actually be on a continent instead of the few islands.

I would like it to be named Salvarian Overseas Pony Lands Directive.

Location. On the Same Continent As Skallen and Orlkjestadi Pony Lands Territory. The Borders will the the lake across from Orlkjestadi Territory. That will be the south-South East Border. The South-West Border will be the River flowing from the mountains to the lake. The North Border will be the ocean hopefully. The East Border should be Skallen while possibly can the Country End where Skallen and the lake is closest together. If this isn't possible you can take artistic liberty. The Two Islands that would be of the coast of the Salvarian Directive. Can i also have them? Also have the North West Border go a little longer to encompass about for of the mountains pikes.

Cities and Military Bases.

For Cities

In the small bay in the North West. Can I have a city named , Unigrad.
Next to the lake. Across from Mazenquard may I have , Equineisaplis
Finally on the larger of the two peninsulas going into the lake. May i have Directive City.

For Military Bases.
On the Larger Island off the coast of the Directive. Can i have the SPL Oceanic Base.
On the Smaller Peninsula of the lake. Can i have Directive Base.

He could you give me a spot on the empty island in the northern territories. I'd like it around the rectangle-shaped bay on the east coast. It won't have an enormous population, size doesn't matter too much but I'd like it to control the entire bay and at least a large part of the nearby river. The only city over 1,000,000 should be located on the southern square-shaped cape and be called "Entaelia". I guess the area itself will be called the Tarkanean Pony Lands Territory or so.

No. You don't RP, and I'm not giving a big chunk of land to you when I could give it to someone who'd actually RP. Furthermore, there's no reason why Conclespia should just magically get your land. So, no. I'm not going to fulfill your request.

Nation Name: The Pony Republic of Equestrian States
Capital: Canterlot
The Land: If possible, I'd like a medium size landmass (to myself). Towards the center of the landmass, a mountain chain splits the country in two, but there is more land to the west of the range. A couple of rivers would ideally flow out of the mountains, with one flowing into a bay on the western side of the island/continent. Additionally, a few smaller islands (some would be larger than the others) spread randomly near the island would be nice, but not a necessity. They will be future sites of cities, military bases, and colonies.
Your Population: 700 Million
Location: North Pony Lands (not really picky, but a decent amount of space between the ES landmass and other large masses is a good idea)
Cities (pop. >1 million) in the Equestrian States:
NOTE: Western half means west of the mountains, not necessarily the strict western half
-Canterlot (Capital)- Western half of the landmass, landlocked, central, at the foot of the mountains near river that leads to Manehattan.
-Cloudsdale- Western half, landlocked but near coast, central
-Manehattan- Western half, coastal, on the bay and river
-Everfree- Western half, landlocked, southern
-Trottawa- Eastern half, landlocked, on river, northern
-Stalliongrad- Eastern half, on opposite side of mountains from Canterlot.
-Manechester- Eastern half, coastal, extreme northern
-Ponyville- Western half, landlocked, small river that passes by town links up to main one coming from Canterlot.[/quote]

It's been a month, so I don't feel so bad for posting this again.

Also, a couple of other RP-related requests:

-Would it be possible for the unclaimed territory next to North Equestria be given to Buffalo Land (name on map: Buffalo Territories)? It has to do with that Discord RP I was posting about on CoPS OOC a couple days back so an exception to the usual size limit would be nice. Their capital (Stampede City) should be landlocked and in the northern part of the nation. Otherwise, no requests for Buffalo Land.
-As for North Equestria: Delete the current cities as they are not accurate for the RP. Capital should be in the mountains with a name of Chaosopolis. Other cities are Pandemonium (on the North Equestria-Buffalo Land border) and Mayhem City (coastal and northern).
-Finally, we have Zebra Isle. They should be a smallish-medium island fairly close to the main Equestrian States island as they are a puppet/colony of the nation IC and OOC. The island should have one or two mountains that are at the center of the island (volcanoes).

Well while I have a moment from my wage slavery, the two biggest questions would be is this map for an RP specifically for the region, or as a general region map?

The second one is, does a nation have to have a total pony population, major, minor, etc to even join your region?

Officially, it's a full regional map, unofficially it gets used alot for CoPS RP, since CoPS is essentially based out of Pony Lands.

And no, you don't have to have ponies to join either the region or CoPS. You have to recognize their existence, obviously, but that's the only real limit. That and the fact that we tend to not cling to tightly to realism.
