Theoretically, it's limited to those accepted into either the CoPS RP group, or who have their nations in Pony Lands itself. However, exceptions can be made.

Oh, that pony lands map: it's too big for it to be loaded to paint! It comes up as a huge black square, and even then only after 5 minutes!

Oh, and that orbital bombardment image shows Star Destroyers bombarding a planet and entirely ignoring Rebel ships. Just thought that was bit weird (and immediatly felt like a nerd for noticing it).

I figured that with two Executor class SSDs? They'd either blown every Rebel ship in orbit out of it, or the Rebels had simply turned tail and run rather than face a full Imperial sector fleet.

And yeah, saw those too. 3, Nebulon-B Escort Frigates. If you look closesly though, their turbolaser fire is green, which implies they're Imperial ships. Since the Nebulon-B was designed originally to escort convoys against the rebels--seriously Kuat Drive Yards was their original manufaturer--I'd say they're ships that are still nominally loyal to the Emperor, rather than ships that the Rebellion has captured.

That's my take on it anyway.

I'm a bit miffed that barely anyone approved/denied my app. I know that GPH and YA and Spires have been online since it's been up, and none of them have approved/denied.

I found a map I made of Kouralia a while back, when I first wanted to join CoPS. I have no idea if in it's current state it's the right size for the main map, or the right size for a nation of my insignificance.

Upload the picture to a host site. Imageshack is my preferred one. From there you can get the link direcly to the imge which you then put in the [img] tags.
