We do not however dismiss or ignore nations that do not accept the third thing. We realize some do not wish to embrace it. Mortaci also offers... services, to nations that are rebuilding from civil wars or other such things. We have a good standing with most of the stronger nations in the U.N., but fail to meet-eye-to-eye with communist or totalitarian nations. We are puzzled by your list. Many of the "nations" you list are regions or provinces, not states. For example, the Po River valley in northern Italy is part of Northwest Slobovia, and the Papacy controls a large swathe of the center of Italy.

Of the nations we recognize:

United States (we assume you mean "of America"): Good; we have a free trade treaty with them.
Mexico: Satisfactory

Libya (NTC)- This took the Foreign Ministry a while to understand; if you mean the "Nation of Tripolitania and Cyrenacia", our relations with them are tense: we support different third parties in a territorial dispute.

Sweden- While we maintain formal relations with them, our sympathies are with the Norwegian and Danish rebels opposing the Third Kalmar Union.

Russia - Cold; the current Czar is trying to re-assert Russian hegemony over the Baltic coast.

United Kingdom: A little better than Sweden, as the British seem willing to grant Scotland and Wales autonomy after a long series of conflicts. We have partial free-trade with them, and are dangling the prospect of full trade liberalization in front of the current Tory government to coax them into doing the civilized thing for the Scots and Welsh.

France: Excellent; we find ourselves in general agreement with the current government, and have negotiated a number of significant treaties, including free trade and a defensive alliance.
Spain: Also excellent, although not quite as warm as our relations with France.

With both France and Spain, we are working to a establish a league of Mediterranean democracies. Perhaps with such an organization, we might be able to resolve the Scilian Dispute, and then bring "Libya" into the fold as well.

China (PRC) and China (ROC): Which one of these would be the Wu Dynasty? We have courteous relations with them.

Korea (DPRK) and Korea (ROK): We recognize only one Korea, with whom we have good relations. We are working towards trade liberalization, and we rent a large naval base from them on the island of Okinawa.

Japan: Hostile. The current Communist government excels only in brutality.
