Attention - Foreign Secretaries and Ministers of the Nations of the World
On behalf of the President and His Majesty the King, I would like to extend greetings and salutations to all Foreign Secretaries and Ministers. It is with great pleasure that I announce the completion of the Elyomian Royal Embassy Building, located in the capital of Elyomia, Pysskl. This building will be home to 75 international embassies.
I would like to invite all nations of the world to create an embassy in the new Royal Embassy Building in Pysskl. Ambassadors will be welcomed regardless of species, gender, sexual orientation and preference, ethnicity, religious and political beliefs, ability and health, family status and other circumstances. The families of ambassadors are also welcome, and they will be given residence in Elyomia.
We would like to make clear that all ambassadors will require to be over the age of 18. It is also expected that your ambassador present his or her credentials to His Majesty the King as well as the President promptly after their arrival in Elyomia.

All embassy suites are fitted out with the following:
1. A spacious garage for the ambassador's car and security vehicles.
2. A security quarters already fitted with security facilities such as changing and canteen/cafeteria plus a state-of-the-art surveillance room and 'safe room' for weapons and diplomatic documents of extreme importance.
3. Fully airconditioned offices for diplomatic staff and a small living quarters that can be customized for the ambassador and their family (if any).
4. A flag pole in front of the Royal Embassy Building.
5. High-speed internet services.
6. An optional phone link to the Office of the President and Department of Defence. Please specify if you would like this or not in 'special requests'.
