my leader shot an assistant in the legs with a marksman 4 custom 70 cal.

Prim Medi Ultima (leader of Periodspace) has killed a spy from Medok, and a few citizens in Periodspace 2. He has also ordered the execution of several people. He also killed Bholatopia One's leader.

The Emperor of Legionica, Caesar Primis Sanguine, was known to have been leading the charge in most of his planned battles, when he united the nation at age 14. Total death count is unknown, but is estimated to be in the thousands.

Queen Kandy, being only seven years of age, has not personally killed anyone and finds the notion of doing so sickening. She does, however, have a personal assassin to do the dirty work for her.
