Yes, our cultures are very similar. And diplomatic relations with similar nations are always more fun.
Number of Vehicles: Two, one preferably armoured even lightly, specifications up to New Olwe's discretion.
It's okay to have them both be armored, if you feel you need it. We only ask that they be environmentally friendly... gas-powered automobiles are frowned upon here in New Olwe, though not strictly forbidden for guests (they are, however, illegal for citizens).
Special requests: Permission to decorate Embassy quite brightly. (internally, if external is not an option) Good supply of rich foods, esp. sweet kinds, owing to our people's metabolisms.
Go ahead, go crazy with the bright colors. It's another way in which our cultures are similar. Also, we will have our top five confectioners send you gift boxes so that your people can determine which local sweets they like the best.
Would you be interested in a military alliance with New Olwe? Possibly, though there are issues here. Our Defense Force is just that. Defense. It's one of our peculiarities; we prefer not to attack others, only defend, and thus both hired and local members stay within our boundaries. Not averse to small contributions if need is dire... but we prefer to harness our people's charisma for diplomacy to prevent it, instead.
A defensive alliance would be fine. We don't like asking our allies to attack others anyway... if the WA condemns the war, then our allies would get the same negative publicity that we do. Very bad for diplomacy, dragging your allies into wars unnecessarily... any military assistance you provide us with would be completely voluntary on your part. Besides, your people are empaths, so there's also the issue of feeling the pain of the people you kill (if I understand how an empath's power works, anyway... they're rare in our nation, so I might have that wrong).
