The Unbidden have always been persecuted by the other races of Mystria since Zaiden was killed by the other gods. Therefore, the Unbidden do not have a homeland. It is every Unbidden's dream to one day obtain a land that they can call home, where they can live in peace without being persecuted.
Hence, they live in settlements throughout the other Kingdoms. Some of the most notable are the Forest of Hazingafar in the Human lands, The Westernmost part of the Westfold in the Dwarven lands, In the Fornt's Crown Mountains, along the Western Ocean in the Treefolk lands, and basically everywhere that they can live unnoticed.
2. Economy:
Since The Unbidden do not have a Homeland, and only settlements in all of the other lands, they do not have a regular economy. They have individual settlements that support themselves, but many times, they steal or kill in order to meet their needs. The Unbidden are nomadic, never having more than they need, and always moving so that the Bidden cannot corner them and kill them.
Currency: Gold Coin.
3. Government and Political Structure

4. Flag
Due to not having a homeland, the Unbidden have numerous tribal flags, but no national flag... yet.
However, this is a proposed flag:

The Ice and the Fire symbolize the fact that the Unbidden are learning what it means to be themselves, and what it means to be free. They are constantly changing, being frozen, and burned, and then frozen again, in an endless cycle.
