The Aquila Magna Corporation is a mercenary nation, devoted to the advancement of science, as well as fighting for glory, due to their warrior culture. Displaced from their homeworld, the eagleman-like Aquila Magna species turned to space as the next frontier. Their culture of warrior-based glory and combat became a way of life suitable for many other species, appealing to them as a way to make money, and kick ass while doing it. Most notable of Aquila Magna Corp.'s species, other than the original Aquila Magna, are the Sorvii. The Sorvii are quite single-minded and eccentric by nature, but make great tacticians and scientists, great members of the Aquila Magna.
