I'd like to ask for an emblem suitable for messages, navy ensign and trade ensign for my state.

1. Emblem

I'd like to see a polished coat of arms of my state:

2. War Ensign

I'd like to see the coat of arms placed upon two crossed golden cannon barrels and golden anchor, above a stripe of blue as in Soviet Navy jack.

3. civil ensign:
I think that the best solution would be "transferring" the escutcheon to the flag, with alternate files with silver pegasus on black and red dragon on gold...

It's going to be simple. Take my current flag, get rid of the symbol that's on it, and replace it with the symbol on the mask of this picture.

Color the new symbol and the two lines in bright, pure red (255 - 0 - 0 on the RGB scale). If it's possible, make sure that the background of the flag is pure black (0 - 0 - 0 on the RGB scale), and make it larger for me.

Also, please don't make it so that the symbol is too large (like the current flag, which causes the sight of the lines to be minimized).

I just need the above (I believe I might be able to fix the size to what I need, so I want to see if I can indeed handle that on my own with a finished product, if not I can refer to you I guess.)
Anyways I just need the above in a roundel (Like most seals or whatever) with the symbol inside, and a wreath (I think thats what its called, the thing you see in like the SPQR thing :/) around the eagle.
If I didn't screw up, then things should be clear enough now.
All I need now are the words
United Nations Space Command in the bottom (In a circular fashion of course.)
I would like it to be transparent and if possible, easy to edit color rise or whatever.
If there is anything to confusing we can talk about it much more

I meant to post sooner but I got sidetracked. Anyways, I was hoping you could change the shield to more of a round shield like those borne by the Vikings, the swords like Viking swords, and the words to Wyrd Bið Ful Aræd. Most of this was discussed over TG I believe.

Also, could you make me a banner of a black wolf running on a white field? The wolf would be running, as if fully extended, and have red eyes I think. A square shape works.

If you have the time, could you make a seal featuring the lion appearing on my flag, the 4 elements (earth, wind, etc.) and the word 'Khagan'. Can the main colours be the green on the flag, red & blue. Could there be some Mongol influences as well.
