If it's alright, I'd like my seal for Omegalopolis to incorporate these designs:

I would like the character in this image to be in the center at the bottom like he is shown here, but have a dark chrome blue color like my avatar/flag (the eyes I would prefer to be darkish shiny silver).


The background I would like to be this design:


At the top, I would like the phrase "Perfection Is All" (don't include the quotation marks) written in this font:


I know this is alot and I am more than willing to change things if it's too unmanageable.

I would like to have two seals. A national seal with two scenes: A bountiful field of barley with the sun setting over it; the other a scene similar to my nation's flag with a keystone (star inside it) and eight stars in tight circle around it. Also wanted would be that national motto: Libertas, Democratia, Aequalitas above and my nation's name (The Democratic Federation of Unified Provinces) below both scenes in an outer ring.

The second seal is for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I would like one similar to this seal for FA, except that the United Kingdom is replaced by Unified Provinces

Hello, I'd like a coat-of-arms for my country, the national animal is the tyrannosaurus rex and the nation's color is yellow. Honestly you can do whatever you want with it, just make sure to add two tyrannosauruses on the side and message me when it is finished.

Hey can you make flags?
I would like a picture of a bone-white hand on a black background with a picture of a blood-red inverted triangle depicted across the palm. The
triangle should look like it's been carved into the hand, so maybe have some blood trickling down the palm if you can.

Rather than wait in the long queue here (though I am glad to see so many helpful people!) I think I'd rather make my own coat of arms. But does anyone know a program where I can do the following:

Create text so that it is wavy (if I was to put text on a banner, but I want the text to flow in the shape of the banner)

easily take separate objects (images) and put them together to create my coat of arms

(optional, not necessary) change color of objects/background

Let me know if you know a program that can do this (preferably free, but since that's not likely, maybe something with a free trial as I likely won't use it again?)

Both can put text on path and text and path can be later edit.
Both have layers allow placement of objects.
Both allow change colours.
Both free and have support by large user and programmer base.
GIMP for raster image allow more colours. Not necessary for coat of arms design.
Inkscape for vector. Allow resize with smooth edges.

Y'know, you did such a good job on my flag, I'd like to request another two things.

First, a seal for Dyste. You can use the dragon from my flag you made earlier for the middle part, with black and gold once again the main colours. The bottom should say 'Draconid Monarchy of Dyste', the top 'Office of the Prime Minister'.

Secondly, I would like a Coat of Arms for the Royal Family of Dyste. The primary colour of the Royal Family is black, the secondary is gold (who would've guessed?). The slots on the coat of arms should be a sword, a shield, a dragon, and a castle, being held on each side by a dragon. If you can, there should be spears crossed behind the arms. The saying on the bottom should say, “Nix kethend ur mytal eh vorel Valis”.

I am looking for 7 coat of arms for my military's different branches

for the armed forces have it so that its a metal ring that has " Peace through power " engraved at the bottom and at the top it say UIRA to the sides of the word put armed forces, and have inside of it a white triangle then inside of that a upside down black triangle then a red fist, a bear over the ring with his paws on the top of the ring, and then have a german stretch wing eagle at the bottom.

For my army have a metal ring with the same bear and " Peace through power " at the bottom but no eagle, under the top of the ring have it say UIRA white guard, and then taking up the rest of the inside of the ring is an enlarged version of the red fist in a white upside down triangle then a smaller black one.

for the air force have it so that the bears paws have a bomb in each one and it looks like he is going to drop them, have a bigger eagle with its wings curling around the ring a bit at the bottom, it should say UIRA air guard between the bombs and have a big " Peace through power " wrote across the middle of the inside of the ring.

For the navy have the bear holding anchors, the words UIRA sea guard in between the anchors, no eagle, have an ocean in the inside of the ring with the sun rising, " Peace through power " on the bottom part of the ring, then have a white triangle with a black one inside on the water.

As for my paratroopers have next to the bear on each side the front of a cargo plane, " Peace through power " on the bottom part of the ring, an eagle under the ring, a large paratrooper in the middle of the inside of the ring with a smaller one each side of him they are red and his right hand is in a fist with a lightning bolt, and it says RSG between the planes.

For my navel assault force i will like have a eagle with his claws on the top of the ring, it should say SNLF under the eagle, " Peace through power " on the bottom ring, have it look like a beach inside the ring with a bear in the middle looking like he is about to attack.

And lastly my Special forces have it so that its a big skull with wings, on its forehead have a large upside down red triangle with a black triangle inside it and then a red fist, have it so that it has a bear pelt over its cranium, and then have it say SOT on the jaw.

Hello, Imagey. I'd like to make two requests.
One is for a flag. If possible, I'd like to have it in a Red-White-Red fashion, with the coat of arms (to be described in this post) along the hoist/flagpole.
For the coat of arms, I'd like the following:
A shield with four squares, surrounded by two golden wings. The square in the top-left would have a polish eagle, the top-right would have a Vytis,
the bottom left square having another vytis, and the bottom right square having a white-and-red Ukrainian trident
