In general, not. If you want a specific font you need to tell us what it is, and preferably give a download link. A similar font is usually possible, although not if it's got odd features. That one should be OK.

I haven't been able to find the exact font. A similar font should do it though.

Captain here; the font is Trajan Pro. Done it for 'ya.

I'd like a black gear and the shape of my nation (in green) in the middle of the gear, also in black. Above the gear, I would like a black star with a white outline.

So. I want
1) a National Seal
2) A Congres Seal
3) A Ministry of Treasury seal
4) A Ministry of Justice Seal
5) A Ministry of State (internal) Affairs Seal
6) A Ministry of Foreign Affairs seal
7)) A Ministry of Defence Seal
All should contain dark blue, dark red, and White Stars, as well as the acronym CCS. You can drain inspiration from the corresponding US departments, but I don't want a buffalo on Intenal Affairs;-)

Hello.I would like to have a shield to be half black and half silver with a red rose in the center with a crown(similar to the one on my flag) on a the top of the shield with a red banner with black outlining on the bottom with gothic letters reading; The Vonstein Dynasty, and lastly two crossed swords sticking out behind the shield.That is all, and thanks for lessoning.

EQUOIEN

Both words should be on the banner behind the logo, coloured in silver.

5. Add a royal crown on top of the emblem.
