Can I get a heraldry?

I'd like something warm and sunny, maybe somehow incorporate my flag in it somewhere.

I'd like a Griffin and Lion as the supporters with two flag poles behind them (I can fill those in.)

For the Shield, I'd like a chevron, with a Eagle, Crown, and lion charges.

I hope this is good enough, if not then hopefully its a starting point if nothing else.

Oh, I want this as the helmet on top of the shield.

2. the tan ring should read the words "Seal of the Executive Minister of Layfet" in dark blue lettering.
3. an inner circle should be white
4. inside the inner circle should be an outline of the state of Hawaii in light blue, filled in with also light blue (that is what Layfet looks like)
5. any other design elements you think would add to the seal

The Chaos symbol on my flag.
A thick black Gear around the chaos symbol
inside the outline of the black gear is a white gear
inside that gear are the rays of my flag, take out the black circle so the rays look like it is outgoing from the chaos symbol.
Around the gears are Rocket Launchers, Sniper Rifles, Rifles that are positioned like wings.
Crossed Swords at the back of everything but one of the swords are piercing from the bottom.

All are black and white.

I would like a seal/coat of arms for my government.

I want it to be based off of the Icelandic coat of arms.

I want the the bull (Griðungur) to be replaced by a grey wolf; the eagle or griffin (Gammur) to replaced with a grizzly or polar bear; the dragon (Dreki) to replaced with an arctic fox.

I also want the shield to be the color of my flag and for the nordic cross to be replaced with Finland's without the white background, and I want the symbols from my flag (the crescent moon with the star under it with the hammer and sickle in the star) to be on the center of the shield.
