Can someone re-make this seal?

1.Replace the shield with my flag (you can rotate it by 90 degrees if you want)

2. Replace words on the ribbon with Pro Rege et Populo Suo

Extra points for changing eagle's feathers to either black or white

I want the main color palette to be replaced with my flag's colors, the map of kosovo replaced with the sun symbol on my flag, and i'd like the stars replaced with a white downwards chevron that is under the sun symbol.

I was thinking a golden sun with an Aztec themed headdress in the middle, then on the left side have a jaguar rampant and on the other a tapir rampant. Underneath the sun can I have two aztec style spears?

Hello, I need a seal.

The Seal needs to be circular of course and have the following.

1. Rounding along the top of the seal needs to read "Department of Layfet State Affairs" in yellow lettering.
2. An inner yellow-tinted circle
3. Inside that inner yellow circle needs to have this symbol with the globe in yellow and the leaves in a light green

4. Rounding along the bottom of the seal needs to read "ad rem statum et populum" in yellow lettering. (BTW that means "to the state and its people")
5. the background needs to be blue

Can I get a heraldry?

I'd like something warm and sunny, maybe somehow incorporate my flag in it somewhere.

I'd like a Griffin and Lion as the supporters with two flag poles behind them (I can fill those in.)

For the Shield, I'd like a chevron, with a Eagle, Crown, and lion charges.

I hope this is good enough, if not then hopefully its a starting point if nothing else.

Oh, I want this as the helmet on top of the shield.
