Thanks a lot, but could you please:
a. Make the circle in the middle white instead of black
b. Put the eagle only inside of a cross (white cross), whose design should be like this
c. Put a Kolovrat inside the cross as well (under the eagle)

No. I think the design is okay, but could the shield be filled black (keep the cross white) and be about half the size? The fonts should also be small caps or all caps. (just use caps lock). Maybe the hawk could be also on top of the shield?
