Hate to be picky, but can you make a quick edit?

Make the insignia match this. Get rid of the red on the inside. Thats really it, all you need to add is white, if possible.

• The Grand Seal of the Sovereign United Republics of Dormill and Stiura on the outer ring.
• The phrase: "For Freedom. For Unity. For Our Republics." In the inner circle, replacing the two existing French phrases
• A replacement of the French coat with something that symbolizes a union of a French and German nation
• Maintain the two stars if at all possible

For bonus points I also need variants for:

• The Ministry of Defense
• Ministry of the Treasury
• Ministry of State/Foreign Affairs
• A roundel for the Air Force (colors are in order of position) with a split Blue/Yellow outer circle and a Red inner circle
